The hotel is nice, clean, rooms were comfy, the breakfast was good even though there was no variation, every day it was the same. I had no problem eating pancakes the whole time though. The coffee was terrible but that applies to the whole country. The room was very well equipped with full kitchen equipment which was a nice surprise. The staff was also very nice.

The location is really the main issue. It’s in the russian part, on the edge of Sveti Vlas. It was really far from most of sunny beach, hiking the dirty driveway everyday was pretty annoying. Sunny Beach is really the ugliest part of the coast. Late capitalism at its finest. We’ve spent only 2 days there and then walked to nessebar every day.

We've been in this hotel 2 times before, it's a really nice hotel with lovely views. The pool is always clean, the rooms are well equipped and really spacious. The breakfast is great, the food is well cooked and delicious and there are a lot of things to choose from. The hotel is close to the beach it's a 10-15 minute walk or a couple minutes by car. There are lot of free parking spaces in front of the hotel, and they are guarded.

The staff has always been great in this hotel however, this time some of the waiters could have been more nicer, and well mannered. Also, the bathroom and the whole apartment was generally clean, but they could have been more precisely cleaned, they should have payed a little bit more attention to the details. The swimming pool is really cold.

The hotel is in the quiet location close to the nature and hills. Everything was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and ready to accomodate all our needs. our brekfast was included in the price, it was great, they even prepared little packages for us the last day (we asked if it was possible as we had to leave before brekfast time). There is a bus stop close to the hotel (about 5mins walk) which could take us along the Sunny beach to Nesebar.

It was about 10 mins walk to the beach and we had to cross the busy road. The wifi in the hotel is only in common areas, not available in rooms.

We loved the family room we shared. The pool is an added bonus. We ate at the restaurant all 3 nights as it was just lovely food and lots to choose from. The staff also made the hotel so polity and very helpful.

Pulling out the beds and cleaning as we found left over nuts behind the beds. Maybe mopping the bedroom floors would help with keeping it clean.

The Hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable! Swimming pool is great. The place is nice too, few minutes to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something. The location is great. The pool was really clean. The food at the restaurant is very good (congrats to the chef and the staff). 🫶

In the hotel the wifi is not working in the room,just a reception and near by pool.

Everything was good . The pool is very clear.it has about 1.70m.it s available 7.am - 9 pm,enough for an evening bath. The room was clean, no problem with water, hot or cold,no problem about the pression of water. Breakfast was good,except juice and coffee. In room you also have iron and seiff. Very good and clean air conditioner.

Coffe is bad The fresh juice at breakfast is a kind of semicoloured water.no taste .

The room was clean and good with everything necessary in it. Pool is big and the amount of sunbeds is sufficient. Stuff was very nice and the complete place was reaxing making it very recommending for vacations.

The complete place is covered with WiFi, but it happens that the signal is low or not available at some moments.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay for relaxing holidays. Every day breakfast was perfect: always fresh, tasty and various. Special thanks to the administration of the hotel, the chief of the restaurant and to the exceptional Ukrainian girl from reception! And what's more, she is an amazingly sincere, attentive and responsive person.

Everything was great for our family. The rooms and the service and food was ok!
