The hosts Hristo and Julia were fabulous, so kind and helpful, and always willing to have a chat and give advice about the area. Hotel was in a good location on the main Burgas to Varna Road, which made it good for both the high street of tourist shops and restaurants, and the beaches; about 15 mins each way. Room was big and bright, and balcony had nice views over the pool and sea view in the distance. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. The hotel restaurant: where we had breakfast, is really pleasant & attractively decorated, and the food is really good. We had dinner there on the last evening, had excellent food and paid half the price of fancier restaurants up in town. Pool was nicely done, with deep end for adults and shallow section for kids, and always a choice of sun loungers available. I recommend if you need transport to the hotel from Burgas or Varna, contact the hotel; their shuttle service is half the price of taxi firms.

If I had to be picky. A few bits of maintenance needed doing, like the odd loose handle and switch cover, and the drains in the bathroom were a bit smelly at certain times of the day. Thats it !

Hello, the location in Sveti Vlas was excellent, and the hotel is located right on the main road. There are parking spots available, the staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, and the pool is large and well-maintained.

I booked a room with three beds. The double bed was very comfortable, but I was expecting there to be an additional single bed, yet I received a small fold-out armchair instead. The breakfast was not very rich nor to my taste, but it was enough to fill you up

spotlessly clean. very well kept. the staff were very friendly and helpful. this was a second hotel because our first was so awful and we were very pleased with our choice this time. it’s family run, has a great little bar and restaurant with good food and great value, the staff went over and above to accommodate our every request, pool area is lovely. would very highly recommend Hotel Julia.

it is close to a fairly busy road but in honesty, once inside, we forgot the road was there!

The owner of the hotel was really pleasant and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Food and drinks were at a fair price and decent. Wouldn't hesitate to say again.

The only bad thing was the traffic was a bit noisy on the main road

Quiet and clean hotel, staff was very friendly, room was cleaned everyday, pool was very pleasent. Breakfast with enough choice, and the food on restaurant very good and not expensive at all like at other restaurants. A 10 min walk to the beach and close to a very big supermarket. Overall a great stay, highly recommend.

The hotel was really nice, doesn’t look great on the outside but the rooms were actually really big, clean and spacious. The pool was also nice and the breakfast was good.

Location, it’s next to a busy road which is difficult to cross but surprisingly you don’t hear the noise from the room

Nice staff, clean and big room with great terrace. Parking of the hotel could fit most of the cars, but even if it’s full, there’s plenty of free spaces behind the hotel.
