I liked everything: I was looking for 2 rooms with two beds ( not sofa bed), close to the beach with balcony and kitchen. And this is exactly what Sineva del Sol Apartements are. Rooms are big, clean, beds are very comfortable and what was important for me was quiet at night. Kitchen was perfect, bathroom only is a little bit old style but was super clean. The beach is 3 min walk, Marina with even better beach for kids was 10 min walk. There are cheap buses going to Sunny beach and Nessebar. Also thefe is a boat to Nessebat, we had a great adventure and spent great time in Sveti Vlas.

Wi- fi dosen't work, tv is useless.

It was very clean. Eva, the host, is very nice and helpful person. She waited for us to arrive, helped us with parking, she was there for all the information needed. Every day, if you wish, your trash is being picked up and after 4 days (out of 8), two cleaning ladies came and cleaned the apartment, changed our towels and our sheets. The apartment was very spatious with big nice terrace. Also, the location is amazing, it is only a couple minutes walk from the beach.

The only downside would be is that there is no wifi in the room. But we didn’t really mind it.

Wonderful apartment in a brilliant location, 3 minutes from the beach, supermarket over the road, snack bar by the pool. Lovely, spacious, clean room with views of the sea and pool. The whole building is kept in a spotless condition and the staff are really nice and helpful, especially Eva, the manager, who is very welcoming.

My girlfriend and I were very happy with our stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The beach is nice and very close, walking distance of 5 minutes. Eva, the host is very friendly and helpful: she gave is good tips for things to do and which restaurants are worth going to.

The location is very convenient, close to the beach. The room has a great view of the sea, and there are shops nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were left with good impressions of the service, and our stay was wonderful. I definitely recommend the place.

excellent and modern apartments, a convenient place near the beach (3 min). in the garden clean and big water pool. peaceful place, after 9 pm there is no loud once. On the balcony, you can have a rest in the evening. The apartment owner was very supportive and did their best to make our stay comfortable

The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities. Eva was extremely helpful and ready to assist with everything whenever we needed. The beautiful balcony views added to our experience, and the location of the place was ideal. We left feeling refreshed and would highly recommend this place for a comfortable gateway!
