Nice, cosy and spacious apartment. Property is at the beachfront as advertised with a parking lot. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, had easy and quick communication with the host. Pets are welcomeed but you have to pay additional tax per night.

Just standard TV program no option for Netflix or YouTube. There were not enough powesockets especially in the kitchen. To use the coffee make you need to move and switch off the microwave. The apartment itself was warm enough but has very cold floors. We had to buy slippers.

Apartment was fantastic with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were on the beach which was great, a 2 minute walk to the sand. Our accommodation was lovely with air con in the living room and bedroom. It was a 20 minute walk to a wide range of restaurants and 35 minute walk to Nessebar Old Town which was great to visit.

Communication could have been clearer. We were unsure how to check in and it turns out we had to go to a different building to get the key. Our taxi driver had to ask at the hotel beside it. There was also no sign to indicate the building. An email prior to arrival would be helpful. Towels and bedding were changed on the 4th day, we were not sure if we were going to get them changed at all. We didn’t mind as there was a washing machine in the apartment but it would have been good to know. There was a few power cuts also, they only lasted a few minutes but I am unsure if they were a more widespread issue or if it was just our building as there was no communication from the complex. Lastly the road to the complex was poor. There were many potholes.

A fantastic location overlooking the beach, clean and comfortable. Away from the crowds down the coast but close enough to anywhere you might want to visit. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. The lovely Poli welcomed us and was on hand for any queries. It's 15 minutes on foot to the supermarket and 30 minutes from all the shops, but we love walking so it was easy for us. If you want to eat out, you're spoiled for choice with restaurants and takeaways. We fell in love with Nessebar Old Town. A surprise bonus was a washing machine in our apartment. Highly recommended peaceful getaway.

The welcome pack was coffee and sugar, and we brought our own teabags, but it would have been great to have milk on the first morning. Quite random, but one of the cups was large, the other small so we took turns having the big cup. It would have been useful to have a microwavable container for meals but I reckon we will be in the minority of visitors who wanted to eat in.

I was for a week with my wife and 1.6 years old daughter. Location is incredible. We were in a one bedroom apartment with amazing sea views both from bedroom and living room with super lovely balcony. I loved the comfort of home having everything you may need for a family in the kitchen as well as washing machine. Car park very useful and private for free. Two amazing beaches nearby. Quiet and cozy place. We were allowed to use the swimming pool of the neighbour building, as all hotels there are in the same group/family. Pool was warm and clean. Staff very friendly.

You are not able to find the reception, it is in another building, and no signs or map of the area to find it. Cleaningnes was not the best.

- very clean and spacious accommodation - nice appartment near the sea - we had special requirement about appartment location and staff was very helpful and tried to fullfill that - accommodation on higher floors with great sea view, ground floor with nice garden and smaller, but nice partial sea view - equipment - everything necessary and many more - parking behind private gate - absolutely recommended - change of bed linen and towels approx. 1 per week - very quiet during evenings and nights

The location is perfect, the beach is clean and well kept, everything you need is close by. The restaurant Sacre which is very near is amazing.

The apartments are very tiny and the kitchen corner gives out cooking fumes from other floors into the rooms which is very unpleasant. We had issues finding the place on the navigation and had to call and wait for the landlady to come pick us up and provide keys.

Perfect location. Nice contact person. Immediately fixed little problem. Accomodation offered more than we expected. 2 bathrooms are bonus for families. Nice views, surroundings. Little quite crowded beach, but still comfy feeling. Possible walking distance ( fornot lazy people) to old Nessebar through the beaches with great views. Recommend.

Fantastic sea view from room and terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, but if you want to go to a restaurant, there are several steps away. In one of them are freshly caught fish dishes, very well prepared. We will definitely be back soon.

Great, as previous time. Fantastic location near the sea, in a walking distance from Nesebar beach, near great snorkeling spot. Well equiped rooms, air-conditioning, comfortable room overall, new furniture. This time we had an apartment on the ground floor: no view, but patio and quick access to the beach.
