The pool was kid friendly and there were enough snacks and drinks.

The food for dinner was sometimes unsatisfying. The provided beach umbrellas were always taken.

I like the location and the price

The staff was not full and confident,most of the cleaning staff were not ready for the job, it's very difficult to find a good ones.

We were ,all inclusive, and the food was perfect at such conditions. Staff was amazingly friendly, big room with very good beds. Good atmosphere at swimming pools. They were keeping good hygiene and COVID-19 rules.

I think they could make better design of the food corners and to facilitate processes there. Internet was disaster.

The hotel is fantastic - very nice location, close to the beach, beautiful view from the room, beds are comfortable, there is a SPA center, and the pools were great. Staff was friendly and always smiling.

The only downside was that the food quality was not particularly good (especially for breakfast) and the parasols and beds by the beach provided by the hotel were never sufficient.

Well, we rent apartment for 2 nights. I did not like that after shower, we were 2 adult with 2 children, we have to clean water all bathroom because the shower pipe was broken and lick water in all bathroom. No shits for bed for 2 bed and towels given with discretion. Poor all inclusive. In 2 days never been in bar asking for something because we was out all time but guy in lobby bar asked me if i wear a bracelet when i asked for coffee:) in our last day, rude.. no 5 star at all, hotel been built long time ago most probably but no investments after that in it. Air conditioned in room blowing warm air. Guys in reception OK. Hotel is 3 stars and nothing more.

We booked 2 rooms, we were 2 families of three (with a 2yo and a 3yo) -I send them a mesage asking if it's possible to give us one of the rooms with a large bed, because our 3yo is sleeping with us. They gave us a twin bed room (but united) along with a smaller bed for our kid -A bottle of champagne and a basket with season fruits was expecting us in the room. -Every day cleaning: towels change, shower and bath cleaning, mopped the bathroom floor and vacuum the room. The bed sheets were changed every 2 days -Big room

-In the description of the room was mentioned minibar in he room. That minibar was in fact an old frigde which was leaking. I was hoping for a minibar being with a small kid and pregnant. Also, we were't allowed to bring in the room food or drinks from the restaurant, even though the minibar was nonexistent. -Once the fruits in the room was over, they didn't refill it, and we weren't allowed to take anything else. -The food. It was ok, until the last 3 days of our stay, when the hotel received many guests and some staff told us that the staff team is small and it was taken by surprise. Well, they didn't have enough food to serve all their guests. One day, at lunch, we got to the restaurant at 12:30 (restaurant lunch 12:00-14:00), and by the time we got there there was little food left. I was tension in the air, some of  the guests raised their concerns to the staff. -The bathroom tiles were muddy, the fridge was leaking and the furniture old. -They say the hotel is close to the beach. Indeed. IS pretty close to the beach. But is far from their beach. Is about a kilometer to go from the hotel to the hotel beach, on foot

Very good private beach area. Large rooms. Fair food.

Very bad mini-disco animation. They danced around 3 songs, then did one hour of useless competitions. Staff did not speak English. It was clearly a COVID spree as everybody, including a few staff, was coughing and sneezing during my stay. Third day my girl started showing symptoms. Not enough bedroom towels. TV did not have any cartoons channel.

the location is right next to the beach

maybe we should insist more on cleanliness and the elevators should be synchronized a little so that you don't have to wait 7 minutes to go up or down to the room.
