good location, friendly staff, quiet quarter, very helpful manager and receptionists, clean pool, some parking space is there (first come first served), the food was ok, very good ice. had a small issue with the room that was fixed by the very friendly manager within a few hours, apart from this zero issues during my stay

the “tarator” (traditional bulgarian soup) was very tasteless. it should be contain real quality bulgarian youghurt with lactobacilus bulgaricus to taste authentic

The hotel is in a good location. The North Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a peaceful place. The food was good, but there was no variety. I understand that the hotel is rated three stars, but those stars are given based on different criteria. The parking is paid (20 BGN per day). The pool was clean and not crouded.

The hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time. The rooms are equipped with rather old furniture and appliances. There was a lot of dust and dead insects on the windowsills and light fixtures. The bathroom was not in good condition. The shower has curtains, which feels outdated and unpleasant. The toilet is installed in such a way that a larger person would have trouble sitting on it. Half of the buttons on the TV remote didn't work. The information on Booking.com about the water park is misleading. It says children up to 14 years old enter for free, but at the reception it says up to 12.99 years, while in reality, it is free up to 13.99 years. During the afternoon snack, there was a limit of two slices of pizza per person, which is not acceptable for an all-inclusive package. Overall, a rating of 9.5 is far too high for the quality of service provided.
