The location is excellent, free parking, the beach is very close and really nice. The water was shallow for many meters from the shore, which was perfect for our kids. We had a suite with two bedrooms and a large balcony, which was very comfortable. The food selection was not very large, but everything we tried was tasty. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The hotel could use some renovation, as certain areas felt a bit outdated. On some nights it was noisy because of music coming from nearby hotels and restaurants. At the pool bar there were only two kinds of juice available – orange and pineapple – which my kids didn’t like.

I liked everything from the location to the room and the hotel itself. I had a very good time there, the food was great, best pizza I ever ate at all inclusive. There were always delicious pancakes, and the coffee just hit differently, had a strong taste of coffee. The alcohol was truly alcohol, and the juices were good. The food was good, tasty, every day we got to try something new during our 7 nights stay, there was a variety of dishes, from fish to pork and chicken, salads and very good desserts. Fruits and ice cream were always available. About the room, it was clean, bigger than expected, nice view, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and the air conditioning did it's job. The cleaning lady gave us towels whenever we needed them, cleaned our room 3 or 4 times during our stay. We liked the staff, all of them young and friendly, always smiling. Ivan, the man who took us across the river was also very kind and made us laugh. Overall it was a very good experience, I recommend this hotel. I'm hard to satisfy person, so whatever this hotel gave me, it made me relax in this holiday.,

The beach was very nice, clean, warm water, but there were only 40 sunbeds reserved for our hotel, which made it a bit difficult to find one. I would suggest to the manager to provide at least to double the sunbeds number.

It was pleasant to relax on the sun beds by the river, under the trees.

Having carpets in the rooms is not hygienic, making it difficult for allergic people to breathe. Creates a bad smell in the room. You have to close the balcony door because loud music comes from outside. The staff is generally helpful and hardworking.

Me and my family visit this property every year. Its good and relaxing experience. - location is perfect - it’s 2 min from the beach by the raft provided from the resort - the quality of the food and the variety was excellent this year. - I tried the spa - the therapist is very good as well. - the water at the south beach is very shallow, so it’s perfect for kids - the value for the money is good, you get what you pay for

- the AC unit was not cooling properly and there’s no AC in the second room in the Appartment . we had to buy a fan - housekeeping was not cleaning the room well, and the frequency was not consistent - we had ants in both Appartments - hopefully this will be addressed - bartenders were very often not present at the pool bar, I would see them chilling in the storage room of the bar - the alcohol for AI is very low quality, I don’t mind paying more for better booze

Love the location, close to everything but in a quiet area

Friends had problem with leaking air con unit over bed. Other person in our group fell over in Karen due to unlit area. Staff in pool bar were more interested in their phones! Sun beds on beach were free but only if you were able to get a voucher from reception, which we couldn't as they had all been given out! However, 12 beds were unused by 1.oclock.

The pool was nice. The AC in the rooms, staff.

The food, the wifi, there were no free sun beds on the beach, a lot of people from the other buildings went to the pool in our building. No kettle in room, no phone in room, bathroom was really small

The location is great! The raft with bai Ivan to the beach is a must!

The food this year was terrible. If there’s an option not to book AI - do it, it’s better to eat elsewhere.

Great location! Can't fault that. The hotel has a man operated raft across the river to reach the beach, a 2 min journey but a really great experience. The sea is beautiful, the beach is sandy.
