Beautiful location in the middle of the forest. Quiet setting. Good and safe place to go with kids, as the area is small and manageable. The beach is small and not crowded. The shuttle bus runs every two hours from the hotel to the beach and back to the hotel.

The mini fridge wasn’t installed properly. It was put in a closet cabinet where there is no room for the warm air to go out. I pulled the overheated fridge on the floor and it started to cool down immediately. I told the receptionist about this, and he seemed to be aware of the issue. So if you stay in this property, check the fridge so that it’s not overheating.

The location, the forest, the big trees around, the fact that you can sleep without getting disturb and that you can fully rest was definitely the biggest plus of this place!

The restaurant was not the cheapest, which was not a problem. But the quality of food was poor and basic! I am a big foodie and I found the food extremely disappointing! Also eating around the constant distraction of the wasps was not pleasant. We borrowed some bakes with flat tires, loose baby stripes and the one I had, could not even change gears easily. We returned them 30 min after and they still charged us. In any other country they would wave the fee. In general I can see some of the staff members are really trying, but others need more training with the client interaction. I would love to see this place improve, but they need to work harder, which I don’t seem happening

Absolutely exceeded expectations! Overall everything was amazing, the room was beautiful with such detail! The facilities were exceptional and we intend to return! Food was great, lots of things to do, incredible setting

Breakfast was pretty cramped and busy, we weren't able to get much food because it was gone basically as soon as it came out. There were a few dead bugs in the room and some black mold on the shower wall. not many complaints though!

It's a nice resort. But don't think of a resort as a monstrous apartment building with balconies. They are modern cottages set among trees and green vegetation, if you have a room, you will be in a small and pleasant house with only a few rooms and balconies. The beach is about a 1.5km walk (there is a shop on the way), you can also drive to it or use the shuttle bus from the hotel. There is a restaurant for dinner (more European than Bulgarian prices) where you will be able to choose a different dish for each evening. There is a hot tub for relaxation, and a workshop for children. For the active, bicycles are available for hire and you can go to Sozopol, 16 km away, for example. I would like to thank the staff for taking nice care of us when we just had a small puncture with the rented bike.

The staff in the hotel and at the restaurant were amazing! The vila was great and the beach was near by, the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to the beach and back few times a day. The food at the restaurant was delicious! There is also a children's animation room at the hotel. Its very quiet and green, thankfully we had mosquito repellent, as there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening when we relaxed on the patio. There were complementary gifts for the kids (cute bath sponges).

You have to pay 7 bgn per umbrella and sunbed at the Utopia beach even though you are guests of the hotel, the spa is also 40 bgn per person for hotel guests. The kitchen at the villa had only butter knives (so cooking is challenging).

The place is great. The atmosphere in the middle of the forest is unique.

The staff seem to be new and unexperienced. The room was ok, but we noticed spider webs that were not cleaned up when we checked in. The room was cleaned upon request at the reception, but the spider webs were still there. The property itself is great, it just needs a bit more attention.

The villa was clean and well-maintained. The surrounding area was also clean, quiet, full of greenery and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. Chris was very helpful and approachable.

The road leading to the hotel was not in the best condition, but we were informed that it would be fixed soon. Apart from that, everything was great.

The desine of bathroom is very strange and uncomfortable. We stayed only two days, that's why it was not so terrible and we've got used quickly, but this is the only bad thing in this hotel.

We only got a double room for the 2 of us and a baby, nevertheless the size of the room was quite adequate and we managed to enjoy the experience without any issues. The whole complex is well maintained and has a tranquil vibe. The beach bar is nice and the beach itself is surprisingly clean. As this is a remote spot, the restaurant was very important and I'm glad to say that the food and service are great. Overall highly recommended, though I would be cautious of the weekends as the restaurant is open for outside clients as well and it might become a bit noisier than usual.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive. While we had it included in our price, at 30 BGN I would expect more. There were quite a few wasps (during the day) and mosquitos (during the night) which detracted from the overall experience. While it's understandable due to the location of the hotel, I really think there should be some effort in reducing their numbers.

We liked everything very much, just an incredible hotel in the forest, the staff is pleasant, the rooms are amazing, we were especially pleased that they gave us an upgraded room, for this we want to say a special thank you to the hotel management 😇 We had a wonderful breakfast, we also liked the spa
