It was a very nice hotel, clean rooms, excellent WiFi, nice grounds and personnel. It is mostly catered for families with kids as most of the guest came with an all-inclusive offer but it was still enjoyable for us since we had direct access to the beach and chiringuitos/beach clubs in the area.

Need to have an ATM on-site. Most of the places around do not take card payments and the closest ATM is 15-20 min walk!

The location was just perfect, right next to the beach. The beach itself was clean with a lot of opportunities both for those who prefers sun beds or public/free zone area. The hotel garden is very-well maintained, variety of plants and flowers, it adds value to the overall stay experience. Good breakfast and free parking (in case there are empty spot). The big surprise was the room with sea view, it was just excellent for what I was looking for.

Very close to the beach. The garden is beautiful. Even though there was a pool and a lot of kids in it, it was a quite and calm atmosphere.

Location: away from the city center but the place is very cozy and quiet. Not to mention that one of the best beaches in the Black Sea is in the backyard of the hotel. Staff: Friendly and responsive. If you need anything they will support you with lightning speed. I hope the management will succeed to keep this staff together for the next season. Rooms: The size of rooms is bigger than the accepted standards for hotel rooms. You have a balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the wonderful gardens. The food and the all-inclusive service: It was varied food. The drinks are standards for the all-inclusive - beer and some domestic spirits. Price: It is in the average range. At all, it was quite profitable for all-inclusive service. Highly recommended and next season we will visit you again.

It could be a little cleaner - especially the carpet and the linens and pillows.

The resort is located outside of Central Sozopol but has access to its own beach. The bar on site was reasonably priced and the option of breakfast and dinner was available. Parking was available; you just need to remember to ask reception about raising the barrier on the way in and out.

Limited parking space. Poor variety of food. There was no entertainment for kids. Lots of mosquitoes.

The place, the nature, the beach

Staff was so cool and accommodating. You can upgrade to all inclusive for very cheap. Parking is a little tricky as it it is pretty much ON a very cool popular beach but you can definitely get lucky with a spot as it stretches from the hotel all the way to the beach and onwards to the beachfront RVs/ campsites. Such a cool area with amazing beach bars as well.

Very close to the beach, nice pool. Lots of greenery and flowers, quite a decent breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly. Very spacious room.

Not enough chaise longues around the pool and they are all "booked" with towels since the morning. Bathrooms could be nicer/renewed. Bedsheet barely covered the bed and could not tuck in on the sides.

The staff, the room was good.

The parking was not good. Didn't have spaces near, and very tight to maneuver.
