Most of the staff including reception does not know english, but they do the best efforts to help you. For us, they were very friendly. We had all inclusive and I can say that the food was good with diversity. Location is also very good, just next to the sea and old town.

Room has carpet on the floor which, specially for hotels, is difficult to be cleaned. When we arrived in the room it was super stinky. We spent some time to clean it. Also, there were a lot of smashed mosquitos on the walls, doors, TV etc with blood stains. The fridge: discussing- I almost puked when i opened it. Big mistake to open that.... fridge.

The hotel is located close to the center of the new town, the street with the restaurants and bars is just around the corner. The old town can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The beach is nearby, but there's also a big swimming pool. The morning and evening buffets are delicious.

The lift surely needs some maintenance, and the water temperature of the pool might be 1-2 degrees higher.

It had a pool and a slide for kids. The front patio was nice.

Often in Bulgarian hotels Theres fixtures that need fixing or changing, this has to improve overall in Bulgarian hotels, it’s negligent.

Close to the best beach and good restaurants.

Room was not clean when we got there and Has not been cleaned during our stay, towels changed only twice through the week. Food (breakfasts) was really bad, AC basically just mixing the air but not cooling it.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and the markets. The staff was very pleasant. The food was delicious.

The Internet was weak. The room where we stayed, the bathroom was broken (the shower 🚿)

The towels had stains on them and they were smelling strange even tho they seemed to be put by cleaning ladies. Sofa was extremely not comfortable! The pillows had stains as well and they didn’t change our towels in the room we needed to ask.. they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper and the phone in the room was not working for us to call reception. we need to go down to complain and request whatever we needed. receptionist also was too slow there was always queue to talk to her. I would say it’s ok if you will stay 1-2 nights only and you want somewhere but definitely not more than that ! and the price to its value doesn’t match but for 3 people we didn’t pay that much so at least this was ok

The hotel is well located between the new and old town Sozopol.

The room wasn’t cleaned. We were refused dinner after 20:00 hrs. The air-conditioner was not working properly, and, after I complained and asked for another room with working air-conditioner, I was assured it will be fixed. After we returned from the beach, it was still not working.
