No kettle in the room.

Located in the new town of Sozopol, away from the crowds, the hotel is near Harmanite Beach and Bamboo Beach, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a carpeted floor that made a great impression. The bathroom was quite large and made with quality materials. There is a terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a standard hotel selection with some local pastries. The coffee at the bar was good. Overall, it was a great stay.

Some drunk guests were screaming and yelling at 5 in the morning, likely waking up most of the visitors. It would be helpful for the management to remind guests that this behavior is inappropriate, even if it might be common among locals.

A very nice hotel in Sozopol, with large pool and close to the beach. Clean, modern, functional, large room. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast by the pool. We were there just before the beginning of the summer season 2024, so the place was very quiet and relaxing. In the peak of the season must be much more vibrant with people, so make sure you select your time of visit in line with your preferred way of relaxing. Walking distance to the historic old town. Free parking included. Good WiFi. Strongly recommend. For sure will stay there again when next time in the area.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, we apreciated they receveid us with our labrador. Pretty close to the beaches, restaurants and Lidl. Parking included was a big plus and also the pool which was clean and not crowded.

The breakfast is very modest but decent A little bit far from the old town For a pet friendly hotel, a small advice: no carpet on the floor, accidents can happen (luckily not our case)

Really nice and cozy hotel. Variety of breakfast options - for adults and children. Big and clear swimming pool. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean towels every 3 days. I had impression that staff was everywhere and all the time was doing something - the hotel is very well maintained and clean. Also in restaurant service was great but it's a pity that they don't speak english. Anyway the receptionist does so there was no problem with communication. I highly recommend you to choose this hotel.

I definitely recommend this lovely hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive. We had breakfast included and it was good choice of sweet and savoury food, fruit and veg. The pool is nice and clean and everything looked well kept. Very nice.

Cleaners would come every day, which is fantastic but I personally would have liked them paying just a little tiny bit more attention to the bathrooms, clean the toilet and replenish the shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. This a minor, compare to the overall brilliant impression I got from this hotel. I recommend it and would go again. The lady in the reception is very nice and helpful as the young man in the restaurant. Thank you.

Good looking hotel with nice facilities, nice breakfast and parking.

Rooms were not really cleaned, they just took out the trash. Also according to their rules they change the towels every 2nd night but we had to ask about new towels at the reception and take them from there. Some staff members were not that kind and were giving us misleading information, especially concerning where we can spend time with our dog.

The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a rule to be peaceful after 11pm which is good. Located in the new part of the town. 25 min walk to the beautiful old town where the best restaurants are, however the local main street was getting geared up for the start of the season so there should be plenty more local options for food. The beach is close although there was a red flag some days which meant swimming was prohibited. We walked to Sozopol central beach (20 mins) where there was a yellow flag so swimming allowed, good to have a second beach and chance to swim! We enjoyed swimming in the pool at the hotel also. Breakfast is generous and the hotel is immaculately clean. Staff friendly and very willing to help with any request. Lovely stay, would come again, thanks RC hotel!

WiFi signal quite poor in the room and if I had needed to work this would have been an issue.

The hotel is charming and nicely decorated 😍 The stuff is helpful 👍 Our room was beautiful as well.

We got a room on the ground level which was too close to the bar-restaurant, like 5 meters distance, so we had to listen to the music coming from the bar-restaurant all the time when we where in our room( Up til 23h closing time)

The rooms were spatious and beautiful. The pool was cool. The staff from reception was friendly. The breakfast was also good.

They’ve had problems with the hot water so it was hard taking a shower. The problem was fixed until the next day tho. Another problem was the noise. I think there were guests at the hotels near this one that were having parties and it was hard to sleep but I guess you can’t blame Calisto for that. The bathroom wasn’t great. The mop was very old and didn’t work so we always had water on the floor
