1. Our suite and the view were amazing. Could not ask for more. Totally worth the money. 2. The location - we loved that the hotel was a little bit away from the city center and 2 min.away from the beach. 3. The girls at the reception - Nikol & Katya. They were very nice and helpful. They have always noticed us. Nikol arranged a nice surprise for my husband's birthday and Katya our late transfer from the airport. 4. Stanka & Penka fra housekeeping - always very nice to us, very smiling and doing a very good job with the cleaning. It was a delight to meet them every day. 5. The young girl with black hair from the restaurant (don't know the name) was always very attentive, nice and smiling. Felt very good energy from her all the time during our stay. 6. The food at the restaurant was very delicious and the prices were very good. So kudos to the chef :) 7. We thank everyone else we don't know the names of who made sure the pool was clean, trimming the lawn, etc.

1.We didn't like that there is no door in front of the shower. It was always a lot of water around. Luckily, we had very nice ladies who cleaned our suite and gave us extra towels. 2.The door to the bathtoom made awful sound every time we opened/closed the door.

Lovely and excellent staff. From we arrived till we departed, the level of service was great. Whenever we needed anything the staff was very helpful and managed to fulfil all our needs and expectations. The rooms were awesome. Luckily we got upgraded and got the room with a divine view. Pool area, restaurant, and the beach nearby was amazing. The food was really good, and we got to taste a local/traditional breakfast. We will definitely come back very soon. Quite recommendable. The hotel is associated with a taxi driver, he is SO kind and very on point and on time. Very trustworthy. We enjoyed every drive with him.

The hotel was really beautiful. loved the pool and all the different seating arrangements beds they had around it. The hotel is really close to bamboo beach and also another beach right in front that was great for shell hunting. We came during the off season so the restaurant had very limited options, One of the options was the pizza and it was actually really delicious. After reading other reviews we decided to skip the breakfast. We went to lidl which is pretty close and across from lidl is a couple of food trucks with yummy food for dinner! Our room was really nice on the top floor with panoramic sea views and cleaned ever day. The beds were very comfortable and loved the tub in the room in front of the windows!

The room we booked was supposed to have a terrace and it didn't, but we were at the top and I think the room we did receive was the biggest, so I cant complain too much. The shower leaked water really bad.

Location is fantastic, walking distance into the old town (about 30 mins) but far enough out that it’s quiet and peaceful. Has a lovely beach a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is done out really nicely and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sozopol.

No floor length mirror in the room and also the food isn’t great, it’s quite a limited menu especially for a vegetarian. The carpark is also quite chaotic with people blocking cars in

The location is excellent! The restaurant and reception staff were really kind!

The room cleaning crew shouldn’t try to get inside a room while the sign “Don’t disturb” is on the door handle. They didn’t even knock, trey tried to unlock the room with their key but ours was still there. A little bit rude, never happened to me before! The should also clean accordingly when it says “Clean my room”, not only change one foot towel :)

Recently refurbished boutique hotel. Location and facilities are spot on. Good size clean swimming pool, beach within 2 minutes walk as well. The room was spacious with a sea view and really clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too. Nice and quiet area. About 15 - 20 minutes walk to Sozopol old town.

Some of the staff were not attentive. The standard of service wasn't consistent.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sozopol and Relax Sozopol met all the expectations we had. Very nice room, nice staff, good breakfast, nice area near the pool just in front of the sea, daily cleaning service. I must say I appreciate very much the taste of the team that designed all the interiors (room, lobby, breakfast area, pool area). High quality of the furniture and of the accessories. Also they actually have real plants in rooms and not plastic, which is rare and must be appreciated. There are several beaches close to the hotel, including one in front of the hotel. Also expect to walk a lot if you want to visit the Old Town of Sozopol (30-40 minutes), where are a lot of restaurants and vendors, but it is a nice walk, we didn't regret anything. Also there are plenty of places where you can eat near, just 10 minutes walk. Also there is a Lidl market very close. There are also some restaurants very close, but when we came they were already closed for the season. We recommend Del Muro restaurant and Gelato at Home for delicious gelato. We hope to come back soon at Relax Sozopol! P.S. If you're coming to Sozopol for more days, don't miss to visit The Ravadinovo Castle and The Upside Down House near Sozopol, in Chernomorets.

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, hope it will be taken care.

We stayed for two weeks with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved the place! Everything was clean and in a good shape. The staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Daniel (?) and Roman from the restaurant — sorry we drank all your beer. ❤️We also want to thank the flexibility as we arrived after the reception hours and also got a late check out. Thank you. It was our first time in Bulgaria and hopefully not the last.

Excellent location and lovely room

There was a huge fire surrounding the hotel . I went to investigate if we needed to evacuate as flames were visible , but was chased by the bar man more worried I was making off without paying for a pizza I had just finished !! .. literally couldn’t see eachover at this stage due to the smoke !!.Not only did he make me feel like a thief, but also the priorities seemed a bit off . Other than that I had a lovely stay . Should add the pizza was very nice !

Incredible location, the staff was very polite, the location was very clean, we booked a room with a parking spot and had no problem parking on the premises, the sea view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable. The staff surprised us with a bottle of wine in the room which was very nice on their part. The hotel is 20 minutes from the new town and 40 minutes from the old town so not that far, the walk was very enjoyable. We highly recommend it.
