Nice building. Breakfast was tasty and varied buffet. Same applies for the dinner. (We were staying on half-board). Georgi and Marija were very warm and attentive hosts. (This is a family hotel.) The swimming pool exceeded our expectations - very clean (electrolytically chlorinated) and nicely kept. Personnel was professional but also friendly.

The location is quite a long walk away from everything except the beach and Lidl. The street is not paved, but it is the municipality's mistake, not the hotel's. Draining of water from the shower is a bit slow and awkward.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel in Sozopol. As someone with strict dietary needs, I was so grateful to find that they offered both gluten-free and dairy-free options — something that’s incredibly important to me and often hard to come by in holiday destinations. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking sea view that made each morning feel like a dream. The pool area was another highlight — crystal clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Whether you're swimming or lounging nearby, it's the perfect place to unwind. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Warm service, clean design, and genuine care for guests' needs made it feel like a home away from home. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone — especially if you have specific dietary needs and want a relaxing, beautiful place to stay in Sozopol!

Amazing hotel with so many Wonderful details and very helpful staff and owners. It's very kids friendly with some toys in hotel lobby and a park behind the hotel, the pool have a small pool area for kids and many baby floaties to use , some pool toys as well. The pool water is warm and without chemicals, very safe to use. There are many baby chairs as well and are always available and clean. It's beyond beautiful and clean, the workers are always busy cleaning every detail inside and outside. There is a private parking lot in the hotel. Lidl supermarket is walking distance so are the beaches and other stores and restaurants.

What a great hotel with absolutely wonderful owners and hotel staff. They made our vacation great experience. Everything was perfect, extremely clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner, pool was constantly being cleaned. Everybody here is very nice and doing best to make guests happy. I think this hotel can go as 4 star easily. We will not hesitate to come back again. Thank you for hospitality.

We had an excellent stay and this is due to the owners and their employees, thank you! Everyone was eager to help you at every step so that you can enjoy your stay as much as possible.Every day the room is swept and washed, and the towels are changed every 2 days. As for the bedding, these are changed every 3 days. The food is very good and in every day is different, even the most picky people manage to find something to eat! It is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at.Thank You and see u soon!

The hotel is run by committed and friendly Owners. The HB option is worth recommending. The selection and quality of food are definitely above average. The arrangement of the hotel and swimming pool space is another advantage - the pool water is not chlorinated. Our room was quite spacious and well cleaned. The hotel is child-friendly and offers a comfortable airport transfer. Proximity to beautiful beaches and the spectacular old Sozopol is invaluable.

Everything was above expectations. Cosy clean hotel. Breakfasts were very good, but dinners were exceptional. Bulgarian cuisine was introduced (but not overhelmingly) during dinners. The old town was within a walking distance (~20 min.), one good beach and a food street were close by (~5 min.). Staff was very attentive. My recommendations!

The staff was extremely nice and the location very clean and confortable. The pool always clean, the food was delicios every time. We would definitely come back here if we have the chance.

Everything was great. Maybe a little more pressure of the water and a propper shower cabin would have been more confortable but you get used to it at some point😅

The beds in the room are a little too narrow. The shower is slightly inappropriate in the architecture of the bathroom, the whole bathroom, including the toilet splashes with water when you wash, they didn't provide enough space for that...

We had a great stay at Cristiani Hotel Sozopol. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. Our `standard room` was immaculate, had a large balcony and was larger than we expected. Breakfast and Evening meal were amazing - buffet style with good choice, fresh and very tasty food. Pool area was very clean and tidy, bar service available, and there were enough sunbeds for everyone.

There is nothing we can find a fault with.
