Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel is nice and clean. The view from the restaurant is amazing. We liked that the hotel has private beach and during the week days was very quiet.

We didn’t like the food in the restaurant and went searching to have our dinners in Sozopol. It’s pity because the atmosphere in the night at the restaurant is very romantic, with jazz music and the sea view.

Olive Villas was fantastic from start to finish. Stayed 2 nights then added 2 more it was so good. Staff was fantastic from check-in forward. Restaurant is good (ate there for 2 dinners plus daily breakfast). Beach service (chairs and towels) were FANTASTIC. Beach good/drink service was also good albeit pricy. Great views from the rooms. Liked that the pool closed at 1900 so that things got quieter in the evenings. We were there in August 2025 and while the resort was essentially full, it never felt overcrowded. Olive Villas is pricey, but worth the money. I would absolutely return - HIGHLY recommended. (Reviewer: 55 year old experienced traveler with teenagers).

Really nothing. The resort is a bit far from many restaurants, but the relatively “private” location makes up for that, and taxi service is good. Older travelers should be aware of stairs down to the beach.

Wonderful new hotel. Small, clean and cozy with great sea views. Staff is young, but well trained and smiling! We were well received and guided around the hotel by Venelina. We had some concerns with the number of stairs to our room and she moved us to a new room. The room, balcony and furniture is comfortable. The beach in front is sandy and shallow. We really liked the free sunbeds and umbrella as well as the option to reserve our spot for the stay. Breakfast was good. Complimentary coffee and water in the room every day. The 3 saunas and wellness center were clean and not overcrowded. Having a free parking in that area was great. You can come and go as you wish without worrying. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it!

There is no closet space for clothes or suitcase . The hangers were very high and not practical for a shorter person. For a 5 star hotel a bathrobe would have been nice. The bathroom towels were a little bit small and toilet paper was of a lower quality. Location: for most of the restaurants you need to take your car or taxi. No entertainment in the area.

A charming paradise in Sozopol. The hotel is beautiful, the views of the sea are wonderful. The rooms are clean and big enough. They are cleaned every day. The staff is polite, always smiling and ready to help in need. The food was extremely good, the service at a level. The pool is crystal clear and the sunbeds are located on terraces depending on whether you want to be in the sun or in the shade. The beach opposite the hotel is a free zone. The best hotel I have stayed in on the Black Sea for years. We definitely can't wait to visit again next year. ​

Our stay was wonderful. We have no complaints about the hotel or the staff.

Very high standards in quality, beautifully designed, excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful staff the reception desk and in the restaurant - even at the jet ski place which has nothing to do with the hotel - but there is a wonderful vibe in the whole area, which is much different from other Sozopol areas. Comfortable beds on the beach with excellent service and a wide variety of drinks and food. Large parking area, free for guests. Marvellous sea view from the balcony and from the restaurant. It recently opened - I hope they keep it up and don't get spoiled by horrible tourists. Actually I am reluctant to share this hidden gem.

Rooms and pool are very small, bathroom too small - but the rest makes up for this.

Everything was amazing - the food, the room, the staff. The beach doesn’t have sun beds but they plan to add it next year which wasn’t a problem for us. The water and the beach are clean. There is a free parking. The menu is different every night. The balcony was amazing and specious with great view. The swimming pool is not very big but the water is warm. And the hotel is 3km away from the city but it is really close to big and famous beach bars. Overall we really enjoyed it!

The room didn’t have a wardrobe or any kind of cabinet.

The staff were super accomodating and helpful. All our requests were met and sorted. Location is great, the beach is managed by a hostess who was lovely and very helpful. Restaurant served delicious food. Definitelly a place to relax and we will return again. Good swimming pool which was never crowded. Our studio was very good and we loved the fact that i was on the pool level. The morning pilates, yoga and streching classes were a great bonus. We didnt have time to use the spa, but for of us had massages and we were really pleased.

The only reason i didnt give 10 out of 10 is because of the mad monotone music which was coming from the restaurant some times and the nearest beach bar which was super annoying and we had to keep our door shut at night because of that.

The place is awesome way to relax. There was coffee and water in the room. The food was delicious and there was enough variety. The view from the room is stunning. It is 40 minutes walk to Sozopol's old town.

The water bottles were not replaced every day as expected. There is something like wardrobe which is not enough if you want to stay for more than couple of days.

The receptionist lady was kind, she assisted us the best way possible. The view is amazing and the beach too.

The room I booked wasn’t the same one I was provided even tho they told me they upgraded it. If they didn’t inform me earlier, they shouldn’t do this. I spent 1h changing rooms to get what I reserved from booking. Good that you’re trying to support Ukrainians but the cleaning lady entered the room after we said we don’t want cleaning. She took the trash and the towels but didn’t leave any new ones. The restaurant that u r in partnership with is not nice and doesn’t suit your hotel
