The hotel is in a great spot, not far from the beach (beaches) and the old town. The staff is well trained, friendly, and nice. The continental breakfast is enough to start the day (if they served pancakes every day, I'd be super happy). The room is really spacious, with a big terrace. Parking is available (included).

The only downside would be the constant smell of sewage in the bathroom. A repair of the plumbing or at least an air freshener would be desirable. A hair dryer would also be useful. In the future, I would change the door locks, because they are difficult to close and make noise. Basically, you have to slam the door to make sure it is closed. But I'm not downsizing my grade for this reason, I am still giving a 10.

The room was lovely, spacious, clean, modern furnishings, nice size balcony. Bathroom was spotless and a decent size. It had a shower cubicle. Lovely staff and happy to help. The booking came with free entry to a private beach at a resort, with loungers included in the price. The beach is 3miles away but easily accessible.

The breakfast included in the room price was continental. Whilst we loved what we got and the food was nice, it was a little scarce in options. But plenty of fresh fruit and some local pastries. There was a parking space on the street but we had to move the car mid way for whatever reason. So we did stress a bit as we didn't want to get a fine, as initially the car wasn't parked on a specific parking spot. They reassured us it's fine and it was, but it was a bit stressful. To note that everyone around there seems to park on the street as there's not really any other place to park since the streets are pretty small.

This place was by far the best to stay at during my entire trip. Exceptionally clean, so stylish, it was simply a delight. The mattress was heaven, as were the pillows. The bathroom was beautiful, I even loooved the shower head! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful.

I am really complaining on a high level, but here is what was missing, in my opinion: Again, no blackout curtains. Daylight at six o'clock in the morning. Bulgarians don't seem to know the concept of blackout curtains? An electric kettle would have been a nice bonus. There is no lift and the stairs up to the rooms don't have a handrail, which could be a bit of a safety hazard if you are not fully mobile.

The hotel is exactly as it looks on the photos, with appropriate beakfast for a good start of the day, good location and friendly staff.

Wish there were more amenities in the rooms like hıt water for tea and coffee. Small bathroom.

The hotel was recently renovated, has a beautiful design, new and elegant furniture, comfy beds and good quality shampoo, shower gel. Our room had a fridge and a sofa, although they are not mentioned in room description. It's very close to Sozopol Central beach and 10-15 minutes walk to Old Town.

We didn't like the breakfast. Poor quality of products and not many things to choose from. There is no shower cabin so each time all bathroom gets wet. This is a common thing in bathroom design in Bulgaria.

Very beautiful and clean room and hotel. Very comfortable beds. Great location in both directions. Shops and restaurants are close and also many small markets with fresh fruits and vegetables nearby. We can definitely recommend and would come back again. 👍

Small improvements: Breakfast was ok but could be better in order to make the stay perfect. Staff was friendly although sometimes a bit cold/distant.

The proximity to the entrance in the old town and to one of the beach areas was one of the best things about this accomodation. Also the fact that the building is recently renovated and everything looks brand new, with a very nice design, We had a very small room with a small balcony, but the furniture had a smart design and it made you feel like the space was more than enough to deposit all your luggages and belongings. The bathroom was also small, the toilet,sink and shower where all in the same room with no delimitation between them. When taking a shower the water was spreading on the sink and toilet as well. The breakfast was not very rich, but for us it was enough. We appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice.

The lack of hospitality/enthusiasm shown by the receptionist/host, she looked like she was disturbed by our presence. They guaranteed a parking place when we booked and even though on both sides of the hotel all the places were empty when we arrived, she checked our car and took us on the lateral street where she kept another very small parking place (in front of an old Antares hotel) and insisted for us to park there. Most likely because we only spent one night in here and the good parking places where kept for the ones with longer stays.

Central location, nevertheless a calm and quiet street, close to everything on foot. Friendly staff, family atmosphere, delicious breakfast and comfortable room. We really liked Sozopol and Antares, we would choose them again next time. :-)

Due to the lack of a shower cabin, the entire bathroom was always in water. But this is the case in many hotels in Bulgaria and they can't do anything about it. In addition, it was cleaned nicely every day. :-)

The staff is very kind and helpful, the cleanliness is great. They have taken care to arrange parking spaces. There's a delicate scent of a very nice perfume all over the hotel and the toiletries are exceptional. The brealfast is always very rich and versatile. I loved the marbel staircase and the whole interior.

Staff friendly, room was spotless, good breakfast selection. Good location.
