The location is just perfect, between the old town, the promenade and the beach. Nearby there is a shopping center, a port, a bus to Burgas. Everything is homey in the hotel, guests are welcome here, everything is done to help, to solve all the problems. Huge thanks to the manager Natalie, she works with soul and is a very nice person. Initially, we booked two nights, but stayed for five. We would have stayed longer, but there were no available rooms. As it turned out, the hotel belongs to a small chain, and in Nessebar there is their hotel Villa Azur. On Natalie's advice, we booked one night there before returning to Riga. We were sure that there, too, a hospitable meeting awaited us. But it was not so! The employee turned out to be just a lady tired of tourists, who simply does not like her job and her guests. And Sant Mina is beyond praise!!! If we return to Bulgaria, we will definitely go to Natalie in Sant Mina!

Hotel Effect Saint Mina is the perfect location if you want to have the beach in front of you. You don't event need to go to the beach toilet hehe, so short is the distance between beach and hotel, 50m. The room is very clean and comfy, the shower is bulgarian style shower (google it if you dont know what that means) , we had also acces to a balcony, and their garden is a place to hide of the sun. Natasha the host is a great person and very helpful! Definitly next time in Sozopol I will choose again Hotel Effect!

The hotelroom appeared freshly renovated, it was minimalistic and clean and calming with a great view onto ocean and old town. Supermarket and beach were approx 5 min away. To the old town it was a ten minute walk. The personnel was kind and nice and I enjoyed my stay with them greatly.

The architecture of the building is nowadays somewhat unfortunate, the balcony with ocean view runs in front of the hotelrooms and is accessable from one door from the stairacase. So in order to sit in front ones room, one had to walk along in front of all the other rooms. Didn‘t bother me so much, I stayed for ten days and just made sure to use the curtains.

The hotel is located in close distance to Central Sozopol beach and Old town of Sozopol. Our hotel room was clean and cozy. I really like the aromatic smell of the hand soap in the bathroom. The accommodation conditions met my expectations. I am also pleased with good customer service of the Manager who is also receptionist and housekeeper lady. They are very friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Excellent hotel next to Sozopol's Central Beach. The room had sight view of the sea, and it was very confortable also with a small terrasse. The large garden, which is equipped with tables and chairs, is ideal to relax if the sun is too strong to go to the beach. The staff manager was very nice and speaks good English. Remember that it is important to report to the hotel the estimated time arrival and departure to have a smooth check-in and check-out. The Old Town is 7 min walk from there, the main stop of long-ranges buses to Sofia is 2 min walk away. The beach is immediately in front of you.

Really friendly and helpful staff, amazing sea views, location 2 mins from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. I was there in off-season with only a couple of guests and they upgraded my room which was so sweet. And Natasha helped me print my bus ticket. Great experience as a solo traveller!

The location was the most I liked, 5-10 min walking to the Old City of Sozopol. The room was very clean and cosy. The AC was working before our arrival, and we did enter in a perfectly temperature room even outside was 35 C. Nice attitude from the stuff. Parking reservation spots are available for 20 BGN/night. Good value for the price.

The balcony is not a personal one. It is common for all rooms. You need to share the dryers with other guests and missing pinches enough for everybody. There was an awful smell from the bathroom drain in the morning. Some repair probably needs to be done.

This is a great place to stay and its fantastic value for money. The first thing that hits you is the cleanliness and fresh smell. It is a short walk to a gorgeous beach and a huge array of restaurants and bars and the views were stunning. The staff are lovely and kind. It was very comfortable and was cleaned daily if we so required. We will be back one day.

Clean, well-kept hotel, perfect location, close to the beach and points of interest. The host Natasha is very welcoming, careful to solve any situation, friendly, the little girl loved her very much. We plan to come back here next year. I highly recommend!

Very nice & neat little hotel with self maintenance. Quite and meditative area close to a beautiful beach. We were stopping by for a small glimpse of the Black Sea after attending a conference in Sofia. The only drawback was the lack of collective transport between Burgas and Sozopol, we had to rent a car to get there. Perhaps because we visited off season.
