Everything was excellent . The staff is very friendly, the food is varied and very tasty. The room was clean and the sea view is breathtaking. The blonde woman at the reception and the bellboy were very friendly and attentive. Ivan in the restaurant always smiling and very talkative. The bartender was also very friendly and even though i was taking an antibiotic he tried to offer us pretty good non-alcoholic cocktails. Nadya our house keeper was also very nice. Overall i would come back here again. i hope you keep up the good standard.

I didn't like that you can smoke anywhere in the restaurant outdoors, I suggest there be an area where, even though it's outdoors, you can't smoke. It's really not nice to eat and someone from the next table is smoking.

Great location. We were on an ‘all-inclusive’ deal and found the food quite reasonable and varied as best as they could. Fantastic breakfasts and great salads to support a selection of meat and fish dishes. The open bar was also relaxed and available. After some discussions we got a great room - exactly like the one in the Booking.com photos. For the most part, the staff are really friendly and helpful. To the lady who serviced our room and brought in our clothes when it started to rain - you are a gem!

We were initially shown to a room that was clearly inferior to the room in the Booking.com photos. To their credit, upon request, the reception staff made the necessary correction. Most annoying was the old gentleman attending to the “24 hour front desk” who wouldn’t get off his chair and move 20 meters to get us some hot water out of the live vending machine behind the bar. Yes, it was 6 in the morning, but it was a 24 hour front desk, and it was just a request for hot water - and there needed to be a bit more recognition of the sign hanging above the office door just a few meters away (see photo below). Perhaps walk the talk or take the picture down!

Great location, spacious deluxe room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The paid parking was chaotic and mismanaged. We pre-paid for a dedicated parking spot that was always taken and every day we had to talk to the management about this issue and they never resolved it. The person responsible for keeping the spots empty (the piccolo) did not do their job and made us park illegally over a pedestrian crossing in the middle of an intersection and gave us bad attitude when we pointed out it was illegal. So we paid for parking but had to park illegally per the hotel's instructions. Horrible experience if you are with a car.

Great location, close to the center of Sozopol as well as the beach /Level -3 on the elevator and you are there/ Excellent service. The receptionist helped us on two occasions by printing out our train tickets and making coffee at 3:00am :-) Also the all inclusive food and alcohol were awesome.

The view from the room directly looked at some trashcans, but I could have expected that since we didn't book a room with sea view.

Front desk need to be trained to smile and talk nicely to guests,the room was very old small size we have to change it,killed a cockroach the first night .bathroom was very small the water comes all over the floor when take shower.to park your car you need to walk at least 600 meters back to hotel

Nice, clean, spacious rooms (with gorgeous views of the bay and old town Sozopol), exceptionally friendly staff, good buffet style breakfast. The various terraces and pools are uniquely arranged over several levels, so that everybody gets to enjoy the view over the gardens and the sea. Short almost level walk to old town Sozopol. We will be back!

Pool was cold, but was expected as still mid May. We tried it anyway. We found a parking spot nearby, but could be an issue in high season. The hotel does help with arrangements, though. There seems to be an underground garage nearby, but our vehicle wouldn't have fit as too tall.

Great location close to old town and with exit to beach. Good breakfast with classical offer that you would expect. There was option to park car a bit away but secure parking lot (paid). Kids had separate beds and not a sofa which was nice. Refrigerator in the room and air conditioning. Pool is available in the complex, also shallow one for kids.

There were some services not available due to renovation.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was kept very clean all the time. The food was good tasty fruits and vegetables all the time.

They provide toiletries only on the arrival day.

The Vill List has a very good location, a wonderful view of the sea from the window.

No parking, when staff finally found a spot for my car , they changed the parking location several times. After 20 hours of driving this is the last thing you need.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. There was a lot to choose from. The location can't be beat. You walk directly out of the hotel onto the beach. And it's at the end of the bay so it's a little less crowded. In the evenings we walked about 10 minutes into the old town for dinner I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is a bit older: clean and nice, just not modern.
