We stayed in a room with a sea view – the view was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was an extra shelf in the bathroom – at least one more would have been helpful. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but everything was tasty. The women who cooked the breakfast were very kind and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient, with shops and the city center just nearby.

We didn’t like that it wasn’t possible to leave the key at the reception – it felt strange and a bit inconvenient, especially since there were two of us staying in the room but only one key. At times, we weren’t sure what to do with it.

Great size room with balcony and sea view. Lovely size bed. Was very suprised when we got to room and it had a fridge. Great item to have. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast, had a sheet to choose from day before. Pool area just right for a chill after a day on the beach. AC in room works well. Great location with beaches and old sozopol within a nice stroll. Loved the decor and pictures in the hallways.

There was not anything we didn’t like about the hotel. As we are older and have some joint problems the walk was sometime a little hard for me. But Thats my problem lol. We know Sozopol is hilly. We would definitely stay again if we was to return back to Sozopol.

Location, easy access, very friendly receptionists, helpful and smiling. Take the breakfast, even if it’s a choice of a few items. Satiating even if quite banal: toast with ham, pancakes with jam and a piece of white cheese, or scrambled eggs with an assortment of vegetables (tomato and cucumber particles). Good coffee, water. Fruit (delicious peaches) as an additional snack.

After completion of renovation of the bathroom someone forgot the touch-up (missing edge strips in way of door frame, so the tiles and mortar remain visible). Not the big deal, but spoils the overall good impression.

Clean normal sized room, friendly staff, wonderful outdoor pool, tasty and fresh breakfast, very good wi-fi. The cleanliness is up to standard - both in the room and ouside facilities. The Central beach is around 10 min from the hotel.

There could be more breakfast options - if you don't eat fried food, there are only three options to choose from. But the food is tasty, so that is not a big problem.

Great hotel. Perfect location with a parking spot provided which is one of the most important things when you are in Sozopol. One of the few hotels with a lift around, large rooms with amazing view and very comfortable beds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Good location, handy for Harmanite Beach and Central Beach, helpful friendly staff, clean, comfortable and a lovely atmosphere, room had fridge and the all important kettle, breakfast available daily, order at reception 14 leva, includes coffee/tea, orange juice, a choice of about 5 different options and melon to finish, Sozopol is beautiful, unique, a real gem.

Not enough coat hangers, a minor inconvenience, we took our own collapsible travel cups as none were provided but I'm sure we could have asked for some.

Rooms are kept clean and offer all the amenities you can expect. The staff are always smiling, very friendly and helpful, which just makes your stay even better. The pool is nice to have, near it there's a terrace with tables to relax or do some work.

Parking near the hotel is a challenge, but so is everywhere else in Sozopol. Luckily paid car parks are not far.

The room and the view was really nice but it could be even better. The breakfast was surprisingly good and there was a waitress who brought us the food and the coffee

The walls are thin and u could hear everyone. If someone is in front of the door u could hear them as if they are in the room. During the night the air conditioner and the fridge were a bit louder. There were some stains on the bed sheets

Friendly staff, perfectly clean and spacy rooms, close proximity to the center of Sozopol. The pool area is quite nice and the kids loved it!

No parking available. There is a paid lot up the hill, but it is not guaranteed you will find parking spots there, especially during the busy months like August.

Everything! Comfortable three beds, a large room and a big balcony with a seaview. Great location close to everything! Nice staff always there for you. The best holiday place ever in the romantic Sozopol! A big Thank you, Ema hotel! We'll definitely come back again!
