Good location, handy for Harmanite Beach and Central Beach, helpful friendly staff, clean, comfortable and a lovely atmosphere, room had fridge and the all important kettle, breakfast available daily, order at reception 14 leva, includes coffee/tea, orange juice, a choice of about 5 different options and melon to finish, Sozopol is beautiful, unique, a real gem.

Not enough coat hangers, a minor inconvenience, we took our own collapsible travel cups as none were provided but I'm sure we could have asked for some.

Everything was gorgeous! The staff were accommodating to me being a vegan, and provided me with breakfast. The room was always cool, even without aircon (we only used it once!) and the pool was lovely, with it being mostly quiet. It's so close to everything in sozopol. I highly recommend! - and there is a super cute cat who sits with you while you eat breakfast! There is also a fridge in the room - so you can buy food and drinks and save a little money if you like!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean! The hotel is close to the city centre and 15 mins from the beach and old town. The breakfast was delicious and prepared individually. We were also served fresh fruit every day, watermelon, melon, apricots or pears! Breakfast was complimentary of coffee, tea, juice... Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Ema Hotel!

Nice pool, nice view from where we were, and relatively quiet environment, parking was reserved for us. Short walk to the old city and to the 2 beaches. Very good value for money.

Room was a little on the small side. Pillow a bit too soft/thin. Balcony could've been a bit cleaner.

Clean room, clean bathroom, AC working very well maintaing a nice temperature in the room. Good value for the money.

Noise from the pool (I think) during the night. Only one key/room for the hotel main entry. Few option for breakfast.

Breakfast was perfect, especially the staff and the local cat called Gray.

We had a little inconvenience with the check-in because the settlement is only from 15:00 and was nobody in reception. The drain in the shower on the fourth floor was clogged and when it dried it smelled like sewage.

There receptionist was amazing. Very friendly and patient with our request. She really made my stay. Besides this, the beach is a short walk, the pool was never too busy and the rooms have a modern look. Good value for your money.

A washing service or washing machine would be great.

Had a lovely stay, pool and sun loungers weren't too busy. Staff were so friendly and nice. Quiet at night and during the day. Hotel sells drinks but they also didnt mind if you brought your own drinks and food to the pool. Shop just across the road which is handy.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. It was the same staff everyday so we got to know them and they got to know us. Would return just for the staff. :)

Bathrooms needed to be updated but everything else was nice and clean and updated.

The receptionist in particular was amazing! I didn’t get her name but she went to Sheffield university. She was super friendly and helpful, she told us where to go for food and where the old town was. 10/10 service. She made our stay more memorable and would return because of the service she gave
