It couldn't have been any better! Great location (in "old town" which was a walker's lovely experience), close to restaurants, grocery stores, phone outlets (SIM cards), ATMs, coffee machines, etc. But the one part of our four nights here, that made our time at Hotel Casa del Mare a great experience, was the staff. They went over and above to help us arrange our onward travel. Ekaterina and Yanko at the front desk helped us out with any questions or wants that we had, and were always available to help. And the person who cleaned our room kept it very clean and well supplied. We would stay here again, without hesitation.

The best location in Sozopol! Room no 313 was huge :) Side sea view was ok. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view from little lovely hotel terrace. Staff friendly and helpful. During the season hotel has an opened restaurant with terrace above rocks and sea at the historical wall od Sozopol - must be wonderfil experience to eat breakfast there :) in Oct/Nov it was closed and we go there a bit around, but its was ok.

Please fix the bathroom. The water was on the whole bath floor after shower (the shower door was closed od course). Room 313. We asked for cleaning one day but nobody came. Cannot go to the sea straight from the building after season.

Excellent location in the Old Town with a fantastic view of the sea from the spacious and stylishly furnished double room, which was immaculately clean. Bed mattress was a bit hard, but not uncomfortable.

Problems with the shower. It didn't mix the cold and the hot water well, not to mention that there is no shower cabin, so showering will splatter with water everything in the bathroom. Would have expected better in this price-range.

Breakfast was good. Enough for us and a little variety. Could have been more in the way of hot food. Reception very welcoming and informative. Head waiter also very informative and helpful. Room was clean and nice walk in shower and toiletries.Superb balcony with sea view over the bay and old and new towns.

A little more not food at breakfast would have been nice. Residents need to be reminded that if eating outside not to take food out unless you are there as the seagulls will scoff the lot in seconds! Not the fault of the hotel though a little warning may help.

Location was bomb, the rooms were big, bed was comfy, the view of the sea was insanely beautiful, the balcony was spacious too, the air conditioning was great, overall would recommend and would visit again for sure!

There wasnt an iron or hairdryer in the room, we were on the first floor, there's a restaurant with a live music till 23 h just below, we weren't bothered by the noise or singing but have this in mind. The hotel could use some renovations for sure, it looks kinda old and a bit busted at places.

The view was magnificent, the room was very spacious and they cleaned it every day.

We were on the ground floor, but we had to go down a flight of stairs and then go up again to get out.

Right above the sea, amazingly beautiful views from our balcony! Nice staff. 2 Lev Nespressos. Good restaurant downstairs. Very charming neighborhood!

I liked everything!

The location of this property is amazing although difficult to find. We parked up and found it as there is a one way system in place and the roads are narrow. However it was worth the walk. Amazing views from our room with a balcony overlooking the bay.

There was no breakfast included which was disappointing. The rooms could do with a face lift they were a bit dated but the view outside made up for this.

Located in the old town of Sozopol, with a wonderful and relaxing sea-side view from the balcony. Very spacious room and clean. Helpful receptionist. We stayed at the hotel during the low season, when the restaurant was closed, and everything around was extremely quiet. You probably would get a different vibe when the restaurant downstairs is open during the high season.

Very spacious room but very basic facilities. Example: there was no hairdryer, however when I politely asked for one, they had it behind the reception desk. It also needs some maintenance for not working plugs and lights. Nothing major though, small details.

Calm, nicely arranged, had everything we needed, nice view, and very friendly and helpful staff, that assisted us with parking in the old town and made the checking in and out seamless.
