The staff are incredibly helpful-helped me with excursions, lent me a towel & umbrella for the beach and even took me to the bus stop to catch my bus to Burgas. Breakfast had LOTS of options & even allowed people to come early for coffee. You can sit outside with a view of the sea & the islands! The attached restaurant is really nice serving local seafood and other fresh food. Room was very spacious & had air. Excellent option in Sozopol! Can't wait to come back.

Our stay was truly delightful, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the lady at the reception. She went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience exceptional. The hotel is nestled in a serene and romantic location within the Old City of Sozopol, offering stunning sea views. Each evening at 8 PM, we were treated to live music by a talented classical guitarist named Kerry, adding a special touch to our stay. Our room (102) was spacious and well-equipped, including convenient kitchen amenities, which added to the overall comfort and convenience.

There could be better internet speed. The internet is sometimes slow because the people of the Old City don't want to have Internet cables put underground.

The hotel is very chic, with a partial sea view, good breakfast, spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff. I appreciated the fact that the receptionist on the day of check-out spoke French as well as English. The address of the hotel is difficult to find because of the narrow and winding streets typical of the old town of Sozopol. We had problems with check-in, because we were late due to the very long route from Turkey and the formalities at the border. Besides, we couldn't find the address, it was night, the fronts of the hotels were not lit or visible, luckily some policemen led us to the hotel. We regret that the receptionist had to wait for us overtime.

The receptionist on duty in the evening of check-in called us because it was late and threatened us that the reception would be closed. In the end, it all worked out. Sorry for the delay.

The pictures don’t don’t do justice to this gem of a property! The views from the room and restaurant up front are absolutely breathtaking! You can sit and enjoy the sunset while having a lovely delicious dinner in their restaurant as live music plays in the background. The location is perfect - less than 10 mins walk to the heart of the old city, yet far enough from the party for a quiet and relaxed stay. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are specious and very clean. I will absolutely come back again.

I think parking is a problem in the area in general. More so during the weekend though so it’s ok.

A family concern. Went out of their way to help with any needs. Excellent breakfast. Also eveng restaurant for outside guests. Rooms with balconies with view to the sea like 15m away. Perfect location in "quaint village" just a few minutes walk away from windy cobbled streets with little market stands marrina beaches .....Just perfect!!

Everything! For us it was the 2nd time we stayed here, as we enjoyed our first stay last year very much. The location is excellent, very romantic - just near the sea, in the old town, the view is amazing, the staff is very friendly and supportive, the room was very clean, breakfast ok, live guitar every evening on the terrace, we spent 9 days in a beautiful location!

Lovely property, right in the heart of the old town, convenient to explore and wonder around in the town. Good customer service as well as fresh fruits for breakfast. Parking is possible on site which is a bonus. The staff solved all requests promptly. There is mini bar, as well as a resto with jazz music as well as food and drinks.

The furniture is dated but we spent lots of time outdoors and it wasn’t an issue for us.

Hotel was well situated overlooking the sea and Bourgas. Excellent choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and respectful. We would stay there again, as the hotel is well located for walks around Sozapol. Food in the evening was tasty. There were some nice restaurants nearby.

Parking is limited.

Great location, great view from our balcony. Helpful staff. Gave us beach towels to use and map of area. 10 min walk to Sandy beach or can swim from rocks in front of hotel. Paid parking just outside the hotel.Clean room and Air con good. Reasonable breakfast. Supplied bowl for hand-washing clothes and a drying rack. We had a great stay.

Room was quite small and so was the bathroom. And while clean could use a refresh. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was an overpriced Minibar but the prices are clearly stated so can’t really complain.

Brilliant location and lovely view of the sea when having breakfast. Breakfast very good - buffet style. Room was large and clean and nice balcony. Wi-Fi was good. A packed breakfast was provided when we had an early check out.

Toiletries were limited- single use sachet of shower gel was provided on arrival. However this was not replenished during the stay. However when we asked for more, we did receive it.
