It's the second time we have stayed at Les Magnolias and we were very impressed both times. Everything is big and spacious. Big reception, big pool area, big restaurant, big car park. The staff are great. The food is very good. Last time I moaned we had no sausage for breakfast. This time we had two different types of sausage. Maybe I influenced them. We did go in June, the weather was perfect and it wasn't too busy.

If you have kids and the first thing they want is the internet password, they are probably going to be disappointed. The internet speed is not brilliant.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. We were upgraded to an apartment which was enormous. The food was exceptional, the variety and quality. I saw things I have never seen in hotels before in Bulgaria such as whole trout. And big pork neck steaks done on a barbecue. And just to mention they had a microwave. I love to see this as I like my food piping hot.

Internet spped was poor. Almost non-existent in the room and not much better in the public areas. No sausage at breakfast. The hotel is a bit in need of updating.

I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel and the atmosphere was wonderful. Pets are allowed in the hotel. There is a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. The hotel has a conference hall and an animation corner. The restaurant is filled with a unique smiling staff that energizes. The food is varied, especially in the themed evenings, which are worth attending. The nature surrounding the hotel and restaurant is wonderful for relaxing on your vacation. I was a guest during the French celebration, the decorations were great and so was the food. It is worth to be a guest in this hotel.

Food was amazing (assortment and quality is great). Stuff is helpful and nice. Territory is big and green. Huge swimming pool.

Unpleasant smell from the furniture. I had to cover it with towels, otherwise I couldn’t sleep. Also strong and constant smell of urine in the toilet. My relative which was staying in different room claimed the same problem.

Although the place is only a 3 🌟 it has everything for a good relaxing holiday. The stuff is friendly, the food is tasty, and pets are more than welcome 🙏. Special thanks to the manager of the hotel, she's amazing 👏. I would definitely recommend and visit again 😊

Needs refreshing of the accommodation buildings; the facilities at the beach was excluded from the price, which was huge unpleasant surprise!

The breakfast was ok, particularly the crepes were very delicious. The food variety was not big, but the things offered was tasty.

Staff at the restaurant were too slow to clean up the tables. You could end up with the whole of your table full of dirty dishes. Hotel is run down, wardrobes falling apart, bathrooms with mold, balconies were never cleaned..
