The hotel has a good location and parking (though you can't access it yourself, you need to leave the car with the staff). My room was clean, it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel accommodated us with separate beds upon request, and with 2 persons in the room (I originally reserved a star for only 1 person in a double room).

We were lucky to grab the lower prices for the festival days; otherwise it's 2x price which is not worth it. Also, the hotel tried to make me cancel my reservation so that they can charge me the higher, 2x price. One of the rooms from the reservation smelled of mold. Cleaning is only by demand, but they don't even restock toiletries and toilet paper.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff helped with the luggage and parking. The apartment was big, the children loved the welcoming gifts and fruit basket that made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were soundproof and the master bed was indeed made for a restful sleep.

The bathroom a small comparing to the big apartment , with 2 kiss under 4 it was a little hard to swith places in the shower and toilet seat. The only downside was that they did not have a restaurant opened at the time and we could not order room service. They offered the service of a nearby restaurant but we struggled with the language and we did not have their currency.

The Breakfast on weekend, that's all

Too expensive for its level. the breakfast is good if there are more than 10 guests in the hotel, than they serve a nice buffet (especially on the weekend) otherwise you choose from a menu, poor and not very good. I didn't like it. They says that they have a gym, but that's a really bad joke. The bed is very average and the sheets and blanket are not pleasant for the body. Very expensive for the level and services this hotel offers.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

The balcony didn't have a roof, so when it rained hard (but still a nice temperature), it wasn't possible to sit outside. The staff at checkin wasn't very friendly, but kind of grumpy. As coffee they offer 2 sachets of Nescafe (yuck) for free, but if those 2 aren't enough then there are 2 more in the refridgerator for 6 leva (= 3€). That's pretty stingy if you ask me. And no, they weren't refilled by the cleaning staff.

Our hotel experience was excellent from start to finish. From being greeted by name at check-in to well thought through details in the room. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was wonderful. And on top of all that, it was excellent value for money!

The controls on the shower were a bit confusing. I accidentally sprayed water across the bathroom when trying to turn it on. At first, I thought I'd must have been an idiot, but my friend told me he did the exact same thing in his room.

Was greeted by a concierge to park my car up - I knew i am in for a treat, and I was not mistaken. Rooms are spacious, our floor even had some caged birds to enjoy. Selection of pillows is available. Breakfast was amazing with staff offering to make us a Turkish coffee. Balcony was available to enjoy the view of Stara Zagora. Amazing hotel overall.

The whole thing was a great experience, from the young man who came straight out to park the car to pointing out a good restaurant ,which turned out to be very good

Making it very clear that if you want to watch a movie it is gong to cost you 30 leva!!! but you should be given a quick look before you agree to this, as I have a hearing problem and it would not turn up loud enough for me to hear

A real surprise. Never heard of Stara Zagora town before so I was expecting our overnight stay to be exactly that: an overnight stay with little to ask for. Well... this hotel changed my mind. Valet parking! Cozy restaurant with great food, both dinner and the amazing breakfast. No, really... the breakfast was really something. Great variety, fresh food, and the feeling of a home country kitchen. The room was big, bed was super confy and the tv system had everything. Even a dedicated welcome message on my name :) Big thumbs up

Location. Kind and helpful staff. Cleaning. Fabulous breakfast. Welcome sweets. Underground parking.

Free toiletries were random. Sometimes they were, sometimes they weren't. Slippers, shower cap, beauty kit, sewing kit were missing, this time. Another time they were.🤔

We travel a lot and this is the cleanest room and bathroom we've ever been in. It was sparkling clean! I even dared to take a bath. The hotel stuff left many compliments in the room for us and our kids. Kids were extrimely happy! Location is perfect, few minutes walking starts the pedestrian zone.

Poor breakfast! Lack of variety. My children tried bulgarian banitsa which they could not chew, really hard to swallow. Probably cause it was not fresh. Maily eggs, bread, ham, cheese and 2 kind of veggitables and fruits.
