This hotel surprised me in a good way. It was very clean. Great location. Free parking. Friendly staff. Even water from the tab was very tasty (I guess because of proximity to mountains). The fridge in the room was handy. The extra door between our rooms and the elevator was perfect. We didn’t hear anything from outside. Super close proximity to the center of Stara Zagora and Zagorka (Heineken) factory.

None of our devices could connect to the wi fi. 3 mobile phones and 2 laptops. It will be great if there is a manual how to connect to the wi fi. We tried all 3 networks.

As expected - good location, nice 2 rooms, all we needed realy. City center is 5 min walk, restaurants and coffes next. There is parking as well, which is very convinient

Nothing really. Maybe bit outdated furnutire, TV etc but it is good enough.

AC heating did its job (we traveled in winter), so the room felt warm and cosy. Duplex apartment means two facing rooms with a connecting corridor that can be can be made private (glad the rooms were not at different levels). We also appreciated the free parking spot.

Could not keep the window open for some fresh air before bed time because of the kitchen smell coming from outside. No bath mats to dry feet upon exiting shower. Ridiculously thin and cheap slippers (bring your own!)

Great location, close to center, and restaurants, as well as supermarkets. Room very clean, and quiet. The hotel is easy to find. The staff is very friendly and professional. WIFI works well.

New and nice building.The apartment with 2 rooms very spacious for a family of 4. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with free toiletries available. Very good location, you find around petrol station, mall, supermarkets.

The road in front of the building looks like is under construction or is damaged and need some fixing.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very clean , the room was spacious with new,modern furniture. The balcony was overlooking the inner yard so the room was very quiet. We had air conditioning in the room which was uswful in the summer heat.

Everything was excellent. I will book again for my next trip there.

Comfortable and clean in a good area near the centre. Really good value for money. Also, the little coffee shop down the bottom has lovely coffee and treats and the lady owner was super nice.

The room was big and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was great for us. We were here only for one night, we were in transit, from Bucharest to Thasos, but it met all our expectations. We will stay here again for sure. Perfect value for money.

They say they have parking and they have only 4 spots. When we arrive, we did not have a place to park the car and we had to leave it in the street.

The location

The service of the blond lady on the reception was not on professional level. We don’t know how clean them room was, but even the sheets on the bed was not folded after we came back in the room at 11pm
