Very pleasant staff at reception, big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. All in all I was very happy with my stay, and would use this hotel again.

I wanted to get a beer at the bar in the casino, but no staff were around, so I went without. Dinner and breakfast in the buffet were adequate, but nothing to write home about. There was no coffee available for breakfast, I had to go to reception and ask, and finally a grumpy girl arrived and made me a coffee. I did not bother trying to get another one.

An exceptional hotel and casino. We felt like movie stars. Upon arrival, you see an extraordinary building that actually doesn't look real but is like something out of a movie. The receptionist (Amra or something similar) is extremely friendly and despite the fact that there is no one else at the reception and many people need him, he provides us with all the necessary information with a smile on his face. It is because of such workers that people feel special and come back. The room was extremely tastefully decorated, huge and sterilely clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is like from a magazine. The casino is large with lots of machines. We never waited for drinks and service. What surprised us the most was the incredible friendliness of all the employees, who really try to make you feel special. We were also surprised by the extremely good English of all the employees. We had breakfast and dinner. All the food was fresh and hot. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity.

We loved everything from start to finish.

The hotel is big, the room are very well noise isolated, the air conditioning is at decent level, the room was clean and big enough. The bed was very comfort. There was a plenty of parking space. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel is good but the focus is on the casino. You can't even get to the hotel reception without passing through the casino. This requires registration for the casino, thus taking some personal data, including a photo of you. You also have to fill declarations because of the Bulgarian gambling laws. Not quite sure how this works for families with under 18 kids.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would rate most aspects a perfect 10. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was exactly what I was looking for in a 5-star experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the location was ideal. Despite some minor communication challenges, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would consider returning.

I had a great stay overall and would rate everything a 10, but I'm giving the staff a 9 due to some communication challenges. No one spoke English or Bulgaria (hotel is in Bulgaria at the border), which made it difficult to get essential information like restaurant timings, directions, and casino access. Additionally, there was no sign for the hotel itself, only for the casino, which made it hard to find and resulted in me carrying my luggage across the property.

the price was low in August. breakfast was very good. The dinner was free for first time visitors with the casino card. Very spacious room, really elegant, big tv. The casino is nice but lot of smoke in there, could not stay for long time. Free drinks was nice.

personnel does not speak english. This hotel aims to turkish guests only. not only hard to communicate but also nobody could explain how the casino card works or the difference between points and balance. Was very difficult to understand how to play, wasted a lot of time and became confused. Theres nothing near the hotel and the landscape is a bit depressing.

It's being close to the Turkish border, the room was spacious and clean. However there was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, and there was tea in the room but no kettle :-) Anyway, the food was the best part of the hotel. Thanks to Bülent Chef for the nice chat about food.

The hotel reception is within the Casino where the Casino reception is outside the Casino, it's a bit silly as my kids had to stay out while checking in for the hotel. Everything is designed according to the Casino, so if you have children be aware that you will have to wander around the hotel to go to your room. If you are adults, it's not a problem but with kids, then it's a problem. If you don't play at the casino, no place to have food or dinner. We had to play at the Casino for my kids to have dinner.

The hotel left a great impression. Spacious rooms with huge beds and exceptionally comfortable pillows. Excellent soundproofing ensures a restful stay. There’s everything for entertainment: a gym, a playroom for kids, and a PlayStation for teens. The restaurant offers a delicious and varied buffet.

However, it’s important to note that this is still a casino hotel. Unfortunately, there’s a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the reception area and, to some extent, in the restaurant as well.

The rooms, the food, the prices and stuff, all extremely positive. Very well designed rooms and extremely well equipped. It is a comically inexpensive hotel for what it actually is, but as it being only an addition to a casino it is understandable.

It is practically a casino with the hotel added as an afterthought so the reception is actually in the casino, this means that families with small children have a bit different way through the facility, but not a big deal.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Casino is very large and good air conditioned. There was free and large Parking area. Location is very near to the customs just for a walk.

There was no war for cars when you coming from Svilengrad site. Staff were little slow for servicing drinks and things in the Casino.

Hotel is clean and rooms are big and nice . Overall rooms are good or I can say that will be nice when they completed all rooms .Price is more than perfect if you compare other oppurtunities .

This is the casino hotel and construciton is still continue . So some main tools were missing in the room when I stayed there Like Hair Dryer . They should hire more proffessional staff and make good coordination for the hotel .
