Unique location and exceptional hotel, where the one hundred years old trees are part of the hotel’s charm. In it’s sparkling pools, jacuzzi and wellness center Medicus offers the healing magic of the mineral water from the hot springs underneath the hotel. This beautifully and tastefully renovated hotel is a nice, all season place for relaxation thanks to it’s lovely indoor and outdoor facilities.

This isn’t my first stay. I noticed, its getting better and better. Obviously, stuff and management are very serious about this question.

Big, comfortable rooms, it's very warm everywhere in the hotel. Nice spa area. For included dinner in the offer it's possible to choose from different menu. A lot of nice places to visit around.

The food can be better for this hotel category. TV in the bedroom was pretty small with bad signal.

Quiet location near the park and city centre with free parking; very clean; nice restaurant, great swimmingpool, goog spa; comfortable beds, spacious rooms with enough storage space and grate view to the mountain or to the ancient plane trees; grate place for bikeriding and good bikes.

The hot water - it takes time before the hot water flows; There was a hole in one of the curtains and a damage on one of the doors - I got the impression that a kid had been playing with a sword in the room.

The one bedroom apartment is great with 2 small kids. It has 2 balconies with nice view. The restaurant is great, the food is very tasty, especially at dinner. The spa center is decent. I also like that there's a small kids room and playing room with billiards, table football and table tennis.

There was not great variety of food in the breakfast but the products are good quality and very tasty. I didn't like the coffee.

Location, the swimming pool and the stuff were great. The outdoor restaurant in front of the swimming pool is a nice place to have a rest or to enjoy the meal. The swimming pool was cleaned every evening and the water was brilliant clean.

The apartment wasn't respond to our expectation. It was clean, but the air-condition didn't work properly, there were a small windows and no terrace. It was impossible to open to take some fresh air

Nice big room. Good views. Comfortable. Close to the centre. Good spa facilities. Great massage. Clean indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Dinner was very nice and the table service excellent. All staff were really nice. Private parking

Breakfast was a good choice but everything that was supposed to be hot was very cold and we were first in at 8am

The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were breathtaking. The price included a simple breakfast and dinner, but addition items could be added for a small cost. Rooms were of a very good size. Staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Private parking was free and directly behind the hotel. The hotel has a fabulous location, so walking down the town center was easy.

The breakfast was extremely simple. The beds didn’t have proper duvets, though these are minor problems as the overall experience was repeat worthy

The pool was amazing. Perfect water temperature and constant monitoring of cleanness, etc. Decent breakfast options. The included dinner was good too, with plenty of options and generous portions.

The pillows are really high and firm. A bit of mould in the bathroom crevices. It's starting to show a bit of age now, maybe a paint refresh here and there could freshen the place up?

The rooms were big and there was a big balcony with a view. The food was tasty. The staff was great.

There were not many additional choices for dinner. And the biggest inconvenience for us was that the bill had to be 20+ BGN in order to be paid with card.

it was cozy, clean, spa hotel with a delicious cuisine. it has all what you need for a relax chill weekend with family and/ or friends. mineral water swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas and steam bath, you are also able to book a really good massage. breakfast was various and the stuff was super friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. p.s if you have a chance, try their own brand white wine of Pinot Grigio 😎
