**Happy Hotel: A Must-Stop Place on the Way Home to Turkey** During our journey to Turkey, we chose to stay at Happy Hotel and from the very first moment, we knew it was the right decision. The warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and their surprisingly good Turkish made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the view was the very definition of peace. And the location is definitely a plus: just 3 km from the Kalotina border gate. For all expats traveling from abroad back to Turkey, we wholeheartedly recommend making a stop at Happy Hotel.

We stopped for the night on our way to Greece, via Bulgaria. Hotel Happy was right on our way there, so we didn't need to detour any, we didn't lose any time. The hotel looks fairly new, with lots of space and well-kept facilities. The beds were comfortable, although nothing special. The bar is nice, the dining hall was clean and very well arranged. The breakfast was also good. The staff was very helpful and polite, made us feel right at home!

The music in the dining hall was a bit too loud during our breakfast, it made table conversation during breakfast difficult.

Picked this as an overnight stop on our travels.well located not far from the motorway.The room was large and spacious with everything you'd need .a good powerful shower.staff were very friendly and the restaurant served good food and plenty of it at very reasonable prices,would stay again

Someone had thumped the bathroom door and there was a large dent,looked like a cover had fallen of a junction box and some wiring could be seen but really minor.

This hotel is a gem, we had driven from Hungary, through Serbia and decided to stop before Bulgaria due to time. This hotel is 6kms from the Serbia/Bulgaria border. We had a family room with 2 double beds, so had one each. Bathroom was a little small and a wet room. Food was good when it arrived and the staff were very helpful.

They needed more staff in the restaurant the night we were there as it was so busy and only 1 girl working, Food took over an hour to arrive and was good.

The hotel is very well concepted, built, maintained and run exactly as per the needs of the road travellers passing the west east road. A special add on was the friendliness of the all staff and their dedication to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We arrived in the afternoon, after a long drive from Turkey and had very good dinner with the scenic view at the hotels terrace. We spent a peaceful and resting night in the hotel's bungalow and had very good breakfast from the menu, what enabled us to continue our journey fully refreshed. Thank you hotel Happy, we look forward to come back on our next jurney.

We cannot guess of anything. Everything was just as it should be or even better.

I asked for groundfloor if possible because my was is handicapped. ..We got groundfloor. We even got the appartment instead of a room. Nice lady at reception who talked German. Really sweet older lady!! We were delighted!!!

In fact nothing. Maybe one thing . In the bathroom obove the douche there is a black spot with some mold .. I think that is easely to repair!!To me it is really a detail. My wife didin't even notice

The host and everyone else was very helpful and with a fantastic attitude towards us. Great Serbian hospitality. We loved it! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Rooms were nice too with cable channels in English!

Guests smoking cigarettes at breakfast next to a table with a baby. I guess there should be an area for non smokers, not everyone wants to inhale second hand smoke.

Check in staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were able to securing store our bikes we arrived on. Great views over the town for dinner in restaurant. Quiet and comfy rooms. Everything very clean.

Morning staff for breakfast weren’t very friendly, acted like asking for a drink with breakfast was a hassle for them.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast (bacon, sausage, egg fried or omelette pieces with ham, cured meats, breads, jams, small pastries, tea and coffee - all included in the breakfast price) Dog friendly and great mountain views. They also hold parties and events. Smoking is permitted everywhere including the restaurant. Apparently in the accommodation also. We asked for no smoking and we were given a family room, walk in shower, comfy bed. We also had food on arrival and food for lunch. Pizzas and salads etc... No complaints from us. :)

There was a birthday party and music could be heard in our room but it finished at 00:00. Aparently they have events Friday/Saturday and can go on until 02:00am

I've booked four rooms for my family - brother with his wife, the families of my daughter and the family of my nieces, as we were in Dimitrovgrad for a family meeting. All of them were very satisfied by Hotel Happy. Fr details pls., look my already submitted comments.
