The location is good, right next to the motorway. Free parking. Good value for money (if you do not take the breakfast).

Sound insulation between rooms is very poor. There are no partitions between balconies, so not much privacy. If the person from the next room is on his balcony, he can see in side your room, so you have to close the curtains. Breakfast is questionable - you get only what they prepare for you and you can not choose anything else (suggestion is not to take the breakfast).

Great location, friendly staff, free parking. We arrived late and couldn’t use the facilities but everywhere it was clean and the outdoor pool looked nice. I loved the apartment: it was clean, the sofa bed was ready for the kids, we had extra towels and bathroom amenities. Price is extremely reasonable for what it offers and we will be back for sure. Big bonus is that it is 15 min drive from Kalotina and has free WiFi. Thanks a lot for the short but nice stay. I give it solid 3 stars.

Very very outstanding Service and a very friendly Receptionist, As the restaurant had been full with another celebration, we got the conference room prepared for us to be able to eat dinner in the hotel. Everything had been very well and much mor than expected. we can recommend that. thank you for the very good and outstanding service We were 3 Persons.

The English speaking receptionist was a relief, I have had difficulty communicating in Bulgaria with non-English speakers. The restaurant next door being open despite my late arrival.

Bottom sheet on my bed was not wide enough to tuck in properly. No nearby place for breakfast.

It was pretty good although you need to know the restaurant next door is there, it is poorly signed, and you need to go to the centre for breakfast.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the Serbian border. It was easy to find, there are several nearby petrol stations and there is a restaurant next door. There is plenty of parking behind the hotel.

Although the hotel was easy to find, it wasn't clear how to get back to the main road. There was a lot of noise outside when I was trying to get to sleep.

We liked everything! The location ( just next to the road). It was just a rest in the middle of the trip, so we were glad not to go far from the main road. Also, we liked the numbers, were happy to enjoy the pool and the dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. And the breakfast (for extra 💰) was simple but tasty.

Maybe it's not the fault of the hotel, but there are garbage containers on the property next to it and it smells outside (but not in the room or balcony)

It was an amazing place to enjoy, especially the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ . There's a nice restaurant 😋... It is a very safe place for family.. nice en safe parking space .

The hotel is not far after the border, so if you are tired there is no need to drive around Sofia. They waited all night until you come, even if late arrival was not planned and you can park your car straight behind the hotel very well. Breakfast was served with a smile.

At the moment due to the roadworks it is not easy to get there, you have to jump off the road in the right moment. But of course that is temporary.
