Large comfortable bed. Refrigerator, TV, desk in the room. The floor is completely covered with carpet - a pleasure to walk barefoot. Spacious wardrobe Two night lights on the bedside tables. The bathroom has everything you need. The room is warm - thank you for that! The girl at the reception kindly provided boiling water upon request (if you have tea / coffee with you). The location is super quiet and cozy, without street noise, the area is a little remote, but very calm.

The price and free parking, also the rooms been big and decent cleaned

I paid online and the front desk tried to double charge me. I need to show him my uk bank statement wich is not comfortable for a customer when he already paid online.

Great location for a pit stop on a drive across Europe, not far from the motorway on the edge of a park with a couple of cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops on the other side of the park

Room was big (especially for a two person room) and clean. Very warm during winter. Good deal for the price.

Room had a bit of a specific smell (nothing bad), probably from specific cleaning supplies. But it wasn't that strong, so in the end it didn't bother too much.

Inside the room it was clean, a nice smell when you enter into he room. Near the hotel you will find a lot of shops and places where you can eat. Parking places a lot (inside the hotel) and outside as well.

Booking offered a room with Balcone, , the person's from Spetema didn't offer a room with Balcone. The room seemed to be smaller with the one from the photos.

For me location is very comfortable, the hotel is basic but very warm rooms, and also clean ! If you are a person with no big pretentious , that's your place ! I recommend it ,because its not the first time here...

We were travelling by rent a car and needed a place to stay that was not in the city center so we chose this hotel. The stay was amazing, the room was nice and clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. The Wifi was good. Check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. There are vending machines in the lobby with coffee, snacks, and drinks. The beer in the vending machine was cheaper than in stores and extra cold. The parking lot was huge and private - easy to park.

Quick easy check in, 10 minute drive to Sofia, local shops and bank 2 minutes away. Although we didn't try them due to the nature of the trip there's also local eateries within a few minutes walk

Room lacked a kettle, so vended coffee it was, unfortunately that's guess work when you don't speak the local lingo, although when I did work out what was what it was far superior to the usual vending machine rubbish

Nice place for good price. Stay for one night, apartament with two rooms and very big bathroom. Many workers, people who just want to sleep at the evening, so its very good place to stay for one night and then go further. Good guy at reception - don't speak in English, but there were no problems to check in :)

The only negative thing is that the cleaners talked too loud in the morning making lots of noise while we where still sleeping. The rest is perfect.
