Excellent accommodation and service. Very easy check in, excellent and non-intrusive communication throughout. The building is very clean, modern and felt very safe. Mosquito screens in both bedrooms are very good, as are the permanent awnings (the apartment stayed suprisingly cool despite the 36C weather). Excellent laundry facilities in the apartment and in the shared laundry room. Cleaning is every 4 days which was good (and definitely needed when it's hot and you're using the shower/towels frequently). Staying in an aparthotel (vs one apartment on airbnb) was excellent - more professional, it felt safer, and wasn't removing apartments from local city residents. Quiet neighbourhood, 15 min walk from great cafes (either in the area NE of Serdika or in Oborishte), 6 min walk to a huge Lidl and and 15-20 min walk from the Alexander Nevsky cathedral.

It would be great to have a microwave and a tin opener. Cleaning every 2/3 days would be even better. The air con automatically switches off when you open a window/balcony door - I understand why, but it would be great to have a bedroom window open (even if only slightly) whilst someone else is using the air con in the living room. (Bedrooms don't have air con). Relatively small TV (didn't bother us but smaller than expected), although it has youtube and screen mirroring.

Family friendly host that looks after you in there great size brand new apartments, with everything that you need for your stay. Clear instructions from Nikolina to access the apartment, great security on front door, lift and apartment. Great suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Location is perfect for short walk into the local city sites. Apartment was very quiet area and easy access to grocery stores. This is a great safe place to stay.

Extraordinary hospitable hosts, service at the highest level, all clean and beautiful, owners took care of us and helped, we enjoyed so much staying there. Everything you see in the photo is the same in reality. This is a new modern apartment hotel with the best approach to business and great attitude to guests. Excellent cost benefit ratio. We enjoyed staying there a whole lot.

A couple of improvements could be easily implemented. 1 The reception area could be a lot more welcoming. It lacks the personal touch of someone who loves to make this a home away from home. 2 Much clearer directions for public transportation should be provided. For example, bus 305 is one stop away from metro "Theater". To our surprise, the many people we asked around the building were not able to tell us which bus or metro we should take. Of course, ChatGPT etc. can help but it's just one of those things that could be supplied in the room or in the welcome email. 3 Kitchen towels should be easy to supply. We had to use paper towels. 4 Perhaps also a menu for nearby cafes?

Communication was excellent and check-in/-out went very smoothly. The apartment is in a brilliant location; easily walkable to the sights in the centre and it's in a safe neighbourhood. Even the 30 minutes walk to the train station is very simple and easy from the apartment. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable with a large living room (with balcony), bedroom (with another balcony) and bathroom.

The aircon works brilliantly in the living room, but the bedroom would benefit from a plug in fan as it was very hot during the night.

Location was nearby the center and easy to reach. It was incredibly easy to get into the apartment without a key as our flight arrived late in the evening. The staff was the most helpful and most friendly I have ever experienced. The apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we need. We also got a change of towels and linen for the week we were there. The building had an elevator. All in all, we had a great time exploring Sofia and the surrounding areas.

The only problems we experienced was that it was hard sleeping as there was construction early in the morning. That wouldn't have been a problem but there was an air conditioner only in the living room. Had to have windows open to avoid the heat. Last, the balcony was more of a balconette since there was only space to stand there alone.

Very welcoming hostess. Very secure building. Only guests and staff can enter. Modern and minimalist room decor. Everything you need for a short city break or longer vacation. Many wardrobes and cupboards, so plenty of space unpack your things. Room cleaning service, towels only upon request. So no one enters the room during your stay. Hotel has laundry room with washing machine and iron with ironing board. Very good location, quiet area. Also close to main street and 25 min walk to Vitosha Boulevard. For a longer morning sleep have a sleeping mask to escape morning light :)

Excellent communication, nice, modern appartment about 15 walks from the centre, easy access to public transportation. I will recommend this to anyone visiting Sofia. I'd stay here again if I come back to this beautiful city!

They provide one sachet of shampoo and shower gel per person, it will be better if they just provide it in a bottle attached to the bathroom (just like any major hotels nowadays). It's better for the environtment and more practical/less waste. The walls of the appartment is very thin, you can hear noises but luckily it's in a quiet neighborhood so it doesnt bother us so much.

Cute, clean and comfortable apartment in a great neighbourhood. Communication regarding late check in was thorough and checking in was super easy (I arrived really late at night when there’s no one at reception). They sent clear and detailed instructions to access the building and my apartment and a list of recommendations for things to do/ see/ eat in the area. The apartment itself is lovely - clean, spacious with a cute balcony! I had a washing machine in my apartment but there was also a communal washing machine on my floor (so maybe they don’t all have them). The apartment is in a great location - a quiet leafy street with a mini market across the road, and a huge Lidl 7 mins walk away. The city centre and main attractions are about 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bunch of decent restaurants and cafes nearby. Very happy I stayed here and recommend you do the same!

I absolutely loved my stay at Apart-hotels in Sofia. It was a lovely new apartment, with great interior design and lots of storage. I had everything I needed for have a comfortable and quiet stay. I had breakfast and cooked a few meals for myself in the perfectly equiped kitchen, and was surprised at how luxurious the shower was. It was a very quiet location, only a short walk into the main town area and a nice way to get a feel for the non-touristy side of Sofia. There are eateries and supermarkets within a few minutes walk, and the lovely staff/owners are really helpful with information and advice if you need it. The QR code in the apartment supplied you will all you need to know.
