The location is quiet and in a green setting. Nice pool area. The bungalow is properly sized and the bathroom has plenty of daylight. Walkable from Crab Market & related restaurants for those interested.

Healthy breakfast options are basically zero, I'm happy with not much, a fruit platter with seasonal fruits is enough for me. I'm wondering who is eating all those seasonal fruits like bananas, papayas, etc. My opinion is hese should be in abundance for health conscious people... Not specifically to this property alone but air freshener spraying is becoming all too common by cleaning teams... Like this everybody can clean... It is a harmful chemical and I noticed they sprayed on the bed linen. Put the bottle in the room and let the occupant decide.

Crab !!! The Sabbay Kep was not our first visit to Kep, so we knew what to expect of the local area with the crab market and restaurants being at it's heart. Our room (#1) with sea views didn't fail to deliver, it was a great size, excellent mosquito net and much welcome Raid fly spray for when needed. We had 2 balconies for sitting on to admire the sea view. Air con was very needed and welcomed. Fred and his team of nieces were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The food that the stay delivered was superb. Upstairs bar was great and have us an opportunity to spend time and get to know Fred, and he shared his wine selection with us. Fred has a wonderful sense of humour and uses it to make us feel welcome and comfortable - and his music selection was the same as ours so we spent hours listening to great music in the bar. The pool was brilliant, perfect for a nice swim or dip after a long day of adventures. The Sabbay Kept me our return to Kep a memorable one. Thank you !!!

Having to leave 😭

Fantastic place! Right in front of the sea with a lot of trees and little bungalows. Very quiet and laid back property well managed and run by Frederick and his staff. Evryone was very friendly and welcoming! There was a little problem with the aircon in our room but was fixed promtly by the staff. Great place for families! Crab market is a minutes walk and few minutes walk from the Kep beach. Definitely a go to place for a relaxing holiday!

We paid $53 AUD and the room was great , had 4 poster bed with mosquito net , not that we needed , breakfast was included choice of 4 different breakfast meals , we got room service -dinner 2 nights was great . Could hire motor bike for the day . Great location , about 20 restaurants ( prawns , crabs , squid , fish )across the road and large market 100 meters down the road . Supermarket about 10 minute walk . We extended our stay to 5 days instead of just the 2 days . Lovely staff were very helpful.

The beach across the road is not suitable for swimming but there is a beach 1.2 km . kep beach . The antenna wasn’t working so we didn’t have television and no fault of theirs was the ceiling had a leak . Checking out the credit card machine declined both our credit cards so we were asked to go to ATM for cash . The credit card worked fine in the ATM .

Beautiful and spacious private bungalows surrounded by greenery. So peaceful and calming. The staff were very attentive and kind. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Kep by the water, you can walk to all the main attractions and beautiful hikes. Amazing sunset vantage point right across the road. I felt very at home here.

The wifi connection is very slow and drops out a fair bit. The breakfast is free but the menu is very limited and uninspiring. Since there is not much choice for breakfast venues nearby this was disappointing.

We stayed 3 nights in a bungalow and everything was perfect! Very clean, very comfortable bed, great service and staff. They even allowed us to check-in early in the morning which was great because we were very tired. Thank you very much! Very recommended!

Beautiful modern well equipped bungalow right in the middle of the forest. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Swimming pool. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful, chatting with me when having breakfast. Nice view from the restaurant over the sea. Good place for those who want to relax and get away from it all. Restaurant serves Cambodian and barang food, such as beef lolac and fish amok quite delicious.

Lovely place, Fred was a good host. Staff really friendly, great food in the restaurant and lovely bar area for a drink in the evening. Rooms cleaned daily. Near restaurants and sunset view. Good for a relaxing stay.

Maybe just pool area needs a bit of attention but nothing that would stop me coming back.

The breakfast was ample and delicious. The rooms were not big but they were clean and comfortable, with get airconditioning and nice touches like flowers on the bed and really nice shampoos and soaps etc. It was very easy to walk to the beach, but also easy to get a tuk tuk. Most of all the staff are very hard working, friendly and always happy to help with anything they can provide. Lastly, the pool was lovely every evening to relax and refresh after a hot day at the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Sabbay Kep. Its quiet location was perfect for us yet it is so close to the crab market and lovely restaurants. Fred and his staff were very accommodating and gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area. The room was large and had everything we needed, and the pool was clean with plenty of loungers. Breakfast was great every morning and we ate here a couple for a couple of other meals and every time was delicious! Would highly recommend!
