It is equipped with all necessities including bar fridge, kettle, safe, toiletries, etc. Everything, including hot water functioned. The room and guesthouse was kept clean. It is in a prime location and the staff are very nice.

I was disappointed by the view from my room of the wall next door. The river view from the guesthouse balcony was obstructed by the electrical wires. However, everything else about the guesthouse was very good and the lack of view was the trade-off for the good price. It is directly accross from the water promenade so just go outside to enjoy the view.

The price for the location was great. Easy walking right in the heart of town The restaurant that is right next door has the best prices in town. The front desk was very helpful about renting us a scooter for the day. Room was clean.

There is no elevator so make sure you are comfortable with 3 flights of stairs. The room was very small, but there was an outdoor terrace across the hall.

Fantastic value for money. Clean comfortable rooms with AC, good shower and toilet facilities, a safe for valuables and complimentary water. The staff were very friendly and able to help arrange tours for good prices and answer all our questions. The guesthouse is located in a great spot in town close to many restaurants and the river front. I would absolutely stay again.

Not really a negative, but the mattress was very firm as tends to be the case in several Asian countries. There is no elevator so that may be a consideration for some as there are several flights of stairs to get to the upper levels.

Lovely guesthouse in a great location in the centre of Kampot. Near to some nice restaurants and on the river front. Staff are really friendly and helped organise a day tour / tuk tuk for us. Room was quite small but all we needed for a 3 night stay. Also there's a little roof terrace on the top floor - definitely go up there and watch sunset over the mountains in the distance.

the hotel was clean and location was super.

the bed , man it was so hard thank goodness I had 4 pillows I made a bed out of them and that was the only way I could sleep, not exaggerating the bed was like a rock.

Everything is good.

We’ve spent a long time there during the pandemic and then came back when the country reopened, and in both opportunities we had a great time there. All rooms are clean and confortabel, equipped with kettle, fridge, AC and hot shower. Good pillow and beds and some friendly staff and owners 🙂

Prime location facing the river. Wide variety of eateries, coffee spots, and bars within a five-minute walk.

The toilet could've been easier to flush.

Very Central Location in the colonial Heart of the City, Close to many Restaurants and coffeshops.
