Perfect 3days around Kampot made easy with the helpful advice of the manager ‘Day’. Easy motorbike rental, nice breakfast and lovely pool area.

The room a/c was set at 16 degrees-should be very cold, but was just cool enough to have relief from the heat outside. It didn’t affect us at night as it was enough. We told the manager and they were going to get it serviced. 2of the 3 nights there was loud music until about 10.30pm which was just unfortunate don’t think it happens all the time. A room not all the alley may be quieter but overall not a big problem.

Nicely presented with old artefacts. The pool was lovely and cool - and we always had it to ourselves. Open and airy spaces. Short walk to many restaurants and the riverfront. Staff were polite and efficient and Mr Day was very helpful in arranging tours for us.

No elevator so we had to carry our own large, heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. Would have been ok if they had a Porter to help us. The breakfast menu was limited but tasty. Bed was a bit hard for me but my hubby thought it was perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance to the river front and restaurants. The staff were very kind. The small pool area is perfect for a quick dip to cool off. Dey arranged a couple of tours; really loved the pepper plantation and seeing the salt fields. Many comments about the firm beds; yes they are firm, but not uncomfortable. The rooms are large and have all the necessary things to make your stay comfortable.

The property was really nice, with an old French provincial feel, it had a lot of character and charm. The pool was really nice and kept clean. The staff were always helpful and kind.

The room floor felt a little dirty under our feet when we first arrived, but we got the room serviced the next day and it was clean. I think the room may have been empty for a few days, so some dust settled on the floor. The breakfast was also a little too simple and confusing. At first we thought we could only get one item off the menu, but later realised we could order multiple things. Not sure if this was normal, or just a one off?

Peaceful lovely old style hotel. The rooms are huge and a little dark unless you open the balcony door but as we didn’t spend much time there during the day it was not a problem. Nice pool and lovely decor in the lounge/restaurant. Very convenient location to walk everywhere with a mini mart over the road. Staff were all lovely and helpful. This was a really nice place to spend a few days relaxing

The beds are very firm

Classy period hotel with open plan area downstairs and well appreciated pool out back. The rooms have very high ceilings and large comfortable beds. Classic old balcony at the front with thick wooden doors. Be patient with communications because English is the not the norm here. The hotel is located close enough to the main street, shops, ATM etc. The town has transformed over the years, a great location for a few days to take in food, river cruises and night life. Oh Neil's Irish bar is an absolute must visit venue nearby.

The aircon is limited for such a big room. There was no desk for working on a laptop but they did provide one on request. The shower was difficult to use and tended to leave the toilet area very wet. A simple screen and proper shower head would fix that easily. The in-room safe is not secured, it simply sits on a shelf and could be easily taken.

Breakfast was simple - I don't eat a big breakfast. The location was directly opposite my provincial office and a short walk to the riverside. The room was quiet and dark, which I liked. The staff are always accommodating.

Wifi was very poor; I had to connect using the hotspot on my phone. The bar was under renovation, but there was no noise before 8 am and after 5 pm.

The breakfast is not that good. 2 eggs to make the omelette, 1 small butter and baguette. Sadly the coffee was no taste. Location is good as it is near the city center.

I like the place and the theme of the hotel which is Vintage style. Only the breakfast that saddened me. I moved to another resort for only $35 with amazingly delicious breakfast.

This hotel is in a central location close to restaurants. It's entrance hall/ reception area is airy and comfortable and they serve excellent coffee. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and we used their laundry service which was efficient. The pool is small but clean and a perfect place to refresh after a day touring the area.

Very quiet and well decorated hotel with huge rooms (& a decent usable balcony), big bed, friendly, accomodating & helpful staff. Hotel is located just out of the nightlife center. Bed was quite firm with good AC

- Mattress is sunken into bed frame - outter wooden frame same height as finished mattress height - If ur tall' like me (195cm) ur feet rest on the hard framing - Breakfast is very limited & small - water pressure could be a little stronger, but more than sufficient for showering.
