At arrival we were immediately helped with our luggage and shown to our room after we had had a cold towel and something to drink at their initiative. We had a twin room with open air shower, no windows. It was a spacious, clean room with citronella candle burning. The toilet and shower were clean and a tropical experience. Breakfast was very good with continental options as well as Asian options. They can also accommodate vegetarians. The location is excellent since it is a 10 minute walk to the riverside and less then 5 minutes to the durian roundabout (city centre).

Beds were a little bit hard but that is in most hotels in cambodja

Awesome 1 month stay. Excellent breakfast daily included in price. Great range of cooked meals, cereal and fruits. Attentive staff always willing to help or offer advice. The house keeping team were outstanding! Left us towel animals almost every day! Thanks you so much Kosal and Sa no for your hospitality.

4th floor helped improve our fitness with out an elevator.

the staff were friendly and the facility was clean and quiet. It was the quiet time of the year. Location was very central and we did not have to hire a tuk tuk to get anywhere. Easy to walk from bus stop. Outdoor bathroom/shower was lovely which provided light into the room and a sense of privacy.

Internet was patchy in the evening, but I'm guessing it was wireless and when it rained the signal dropped out.

We had the room with no windows, although it didn’t feel like it as you had a large window into the ‘jungle bathroom’ which allowed light in. We loved the bathroom and room. On arrival they greeted us with tea and had decorated our bed to welcome us. One morning we had an early trip and they made us breakfast early. Loved the pool and the pond, beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

The breakfast wasn’t super vegan friendly but we picked and adapted to make sure we could have something.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. I had earlier booked a higher room via booking.com but decided to change rooms which they were willing to accommodate. The jungle room has a nice shower, and although it does not have a window, the glass overlooking the "jungle" provides enough lighting in. Location - it was about 10-15 minut walk towards the riverside and a short tuktuk ride away. Breakfast was good. Overall the stay was comfortable and Staff was nice.

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming - they were so helpful, especially when booking transfers at a really reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious (huge portions) and refillable water was great. The location was superb, in the middle of everything but still quiet at night. Rooms were very spacious and the pool area was lovely. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again (but this time we would choose the jungle bathroom).

We booked two of the king rooms. One of them was exactly as pictured and felt very fancy. The other had a really weird layout - the bath was outside, the sinks were in the bedroom, the toilet and showers were separate cubicles in the room that got really hot. The air con did not work very well and we had to change rooms. However, the staff were very accommodating and we ended up loving the jungle bathroom in the new room!

The well-equipped rooms and the water dispenser for drinking water in the corridor are nice. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful in organising tours.

Unfortunately, the tap water and therefore also the pool is very musty. I don't know if this is the case in the whole city or only in the hotel. In the family room we had an open bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no rain protection for towels or if you just want to wash your hands.

We had a few very nice days at the Five.S. The manager was just great and helpful. He organized the transport of our lost luggage from Phnom Penh the next day. Everything in the hotel was well-maintained and clean. Breakfast was yummi, the rooms on ground floor big enough for two twin-beds and well-equipped. The bathroom was like a little garden with a big shower - great idea.

The pool next to the entrance looks greater on the pictures than it really is. There's room for only 4 sunbeds around it. The bedroom is missing a wardrobe. There are shelves in the bathroom, but your clothes stay in the humidity. if you put them there.

Comfortable Hotel in good location. Very close to local market, easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and river walk. Hotel manager was very helpful and efficient. Recommended local tour and arrange tuk tuk transport. Swimming pool was nice but smaller than expected. Delicious A la carte breakfast.

The bathroom was definitely the draw of the hotel but overall the room was comfortable and the location fairly central. Breakfast was a happy surprise with 3 eggs per person along with bacon/sausage, French fries, baguette, fruit, and a hot drink. the breakfast location was also a charming oasis setting.

Despite our best effort to clarify that we were booking for 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids) for the room with 2 king beds, including writing to the hotel and getting a response that it was fine, we were hassled upon arrival that the booking was only for 3. Not sure what the issue was as my search was always for 4 people. Luckily they said it’d be okay but we’d only get 3 breakfasts without extra costs. Our kids are young and their breakfast was big so it was no problem sharing 3. Still, I didn’t like the stress and confusion. I would’ve hoped the email exchange that I initiated on the topic in advance would’ve made it simple upon arrival.
