Everything was absolutely amazing !!! Thank you so much for having me ! This Hotel/Guesthouse is run by a lovely family. It makes the place very comfortable and welcoming but beyond the family atmosphere, there is a real investment in the quality of the service and the hotel itself ! If you are looking for a place to stay in Kampot, that’s the first one I would recommend ! The room was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, the bathroom was big, Modern and clean with a proper shower area (doors), away from the toilets ! Toiletries were offered in the bathroom, Tea, Coffee and a kettle was offered too. Good sized TV, not too big as it is close the bed ( thanks for preserving my eyes 😇). As I was sick, I have spent a lot of time in bed and I started feeling much better when I left Kampot because of the quality of this establishment , I felt like a princess in a castle 😇 I love that it is close to the fair and the concert place, even though I was sick as Hell, I motivated myself to go there ! The view is great when there is something happening there and the ambiance is amazing ! The location is a plus ! Right next to the Durian Roundabout, you can either walk or rent a motorbike (at reception) to go to the restaurants, massage parlours, bars, etc… I would suggest to rent a motorbike anyway as you might want to go explore Bokor National Park ! It’s easy to get there from Nyna Villa ! Thank you so much for everything 💕

NOTHING ! I loved every aspect of this place

When we arrived we were early and the hotel upgraded us at no charge rather than have us wait for the cleaning staff. The rooms are very well appointed, and while the beds are a bit hard, they are Asian standard. The hotel is new and well kept and because of this we decided to stay for an additional week. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is good as most things are within easy walking distance or local tuk tuks are easily hailed.

Nothing everything was great

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent. Location can't be beat - just steps away from the Durian roundabout and a wide selection of amazing restaurants. We rented scooters directly from the hotel and they were great! We ended up extending our stay for an extra night because we loved Kampot so much. Would highly recommend!

WiFi wasn't great but that's tru of the region I think.

The NyNa Villa Guesthouse was everything that I hoped it would be. It provided a clean, comfortable base for my exploration of Kampot! It is near the Durian Circle and just a ten minute walk from the very appealing riverfront area. Everything else that I wanted to see was close by, as well.

At no fault of the Guesthouse, the train station where I arrived was a little bit of a hike into town. There was transport available, but I chose to walk the 2.7 kilometers.

Very handy location. Spacious room and bathroom with good shower pressure. Comfortable and clean on arrival. Reception staff pleasant to deal with.

What probably spoilt the stay ( 3 nights ), was no offer to clean the room, provide clean towels or provide water during the stay. I don’t normally worry about the room being cleaned every day, but fresh towels at least once during a 3-4 day stay would have been appreciated.

Very spacious room and perfect location. Hotel had a nice feel with communal spaces.

Some aspects appeared almost unfinished but it was more the aesthetics than the function.

Very quiet place, good for sleeping! Have a large parking lot after the gate. Room is quite clean, and the whole place is cleaned good. Good size of the room. Nearby is located a gym place "Iron gym". Walking distance to all eating places in Kampot. Don't hear luring swallows swallows which is good.

The hot water heater was not working. But using cold water for the shower is still ok, as the weather is hot too.

Really good location, comfortable bed, lot of lighting options in a room. Overall good stay and recomend, but keep in mind

A bit too strict house rools for quests, while having a loud conversation early in the morning was aloud for hosts. Keep in mind, you are a quest in a questhouse, not client in a hotel.

Very kind and friendly owners. They will make you feel at home right away ❤️ Room was very clean and spacious. Location was absolutely perfect, in the center and just 4 minutes walk from the Giant Ibis bus terminal. Thanks to you all for making my staying so easy and comfortable 🙏🏽

Noting

Our family of five adults was comfortably accommodated in three rooms in the lovely, modern NyNa Villa. The twin room was particularly large. Air-conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat overnight. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good. Breakfast was not provided but there are options close by.

A pool would have been welcome. There was no lift for luggage although the stairs are manageable and the staff assisted.
