This hotel is amazing, the room is so clean, it’s immaculate, housekeeping was great, the hosts were brilliant, anything we needed wasn’t a problem, the swimming pool and balcony was an added bonus, Kampot town was walkable but on a busy road so location is slightly out but that didn’t put opus off as it made up for everything else.

Can’t say we didn’t have anything we didn’t like.

We got a free upgrade on our room so we had a balcony to watch the sunset from which was amazing! The place was spotless, quiet and close to everything! Staff were so helpful, it was $2 per kg of washing the aircon was great and beds very comfy. We had a gecko in our room but what can you expect!

Location is almost central and most needed things are within a walking distance. Cleaning service is good. Breakfast was average and not a buffet style but it was due to lack of customers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful.

If only staff could speak better English they would earn one more star.

The friendliness of the stff, the cleanliness and the location. The person at reception was lovely. The cleaning team also so nice! Even though we said we didn't need anything they still came to bring fresh towels, water etc... lovely team!!

Can get a but noisy with other customers but the hotel is not at fault for people's behaviour

When I checked out I was told I had cracked one of the glasses in my room which I was unaware of. They charged me US$5 for the breakage which I thought was unreasonable for what was probably a 25 cent glass. I was ok about paying for the damage but it didn’t sit well with me that the hotel was profiteering from their guests in this way.

I make this hotel a regular stay when I come to Kampot. It has an ideal location in the city, a small pool to relax in and a cafe that serves great coffee! The rooms are modern, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay.

Not a big fan of the fridges they have in the rooms - they don't get cold enough to store anything but water in.

The room is modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. I love the cafe located in the foyer area!

The little fridge in the room didn't get very cold, even on a maximum setting. The shower fitting was also broken and didn't hold the shower head up.

The property location was simply perfect. Downtown and close to restaurants and coffee shops and markets. My wife enjoyed being able to go the market and shop. I enjoyed walking to downtown and river.

The room I thought was supposed to have a king bed. This was not what we got. For the price the room was small and cramped.

The room was nice and comfortable, the bedding was very good. The swimming pool was refreshing after a hot day and the staff was nice and helpful. The location is convenient, 5-10 minutes walk to the center with all the restaurants and bars.

I could hear the neighbors come back and starting to fight in their room at 1am… No breakfast option available

Super comfortable stay in a quiet but central location. Welcoming and helpful staff. Happy we chose this hotel for our two days in Kampot.
