This is a nice hotel in a good location in Kampot and i stay here often. The gardens and pool area are well maintained and look lovely. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is no TV service in Kampot but the TVs are Smart TV's so get YouTube, Netflix etc. Breakfast is not exciting but satisfactory.

Just a few minor issues that I personally notice as I stay here often. No desk area in the room for sitting and working on a laptop. The rooms do not get cleaned and made up unless you specifically ask which they don't inform you when you check in. Due to being so close to the river, when the rooms are cleaned there are often mosquitoes in the rooms. Some rooms are near soccer pitches so when games are being played in the early evening it can be a little noisy so if you want quiet, either book a pool room or request a room away from the pitches.

The room was lovely, clean and perfectly presented. The sheets were of excellent quality and the towels were perfect. The view across the river from our private balcony was so enjoyable at the end of the day. The pool area with the sun beds was nicely set out with nice gardens with towels on hand to use. It’s a short walk to the town where all the bars and restaurants were or you could get a Tuk Tuk for a dollar.

The breakfast could be improved but it did have a good choice. Just not my taste.

It always the same with the smaller hotels the staff go above and beyond I help you where they can you get so much more nicer feel than a large expensive hotel. His hotel is priced really reasonably for the location. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and we loved watching the boats in the river especially the fishing fleet going past in the late afternoon.

It was a bit close to the bridge but that’s t nobody’s fault and we initially thought it might be a bit noisy but it was ok.

The location is great. You are in the city center, away from the hustle and bustle, crossing the bridge over the river. An oasis in the noisy city. Breakfast on weekdays, when there are fewer people, is prepared from a menu. There is a small additional offer in the form of a buffet. We ate the western cuisine offer, it was enough even for my husband. The food was fresh and tasty. Relaxing by the pool was great.

Staff were friendly and polite. Great pool and sun bathing loungers. Room was really nice. Spotless upon arrival. Tv and fridge. Breakfast and coffee was good.

We had an issue of flies in our room. Spoke to reception about it on first day asking if they had any repellent or incense to no avail. The WiFi connection wasn’t strong here. Worked sporadically throughout the day. We booked here hoping to chill out and plan for two days before continuing our travels on into Vietnam but couldn’t due to poor connection.

The position is perfect right on the riverside and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and town - the room was nice and clean and very comfy bed - the staff are very friendly and helpful - good breakfast and lovely swimming pool We enjoyed our stay and we have already booked another stay there

Fabulous location right on the river. All day and night activity to witness on the water . Kayaks to use, lovely pool for doing lengths , nice breakfast

Resort restaurant only open for breakfast,Not very many restaurants within walking distance , although tuk Turks are not far away.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location next to the river was spectacular. Very nice swimming pool.

Breakfast could be improved. The menu was fine, but the buffet was not. More fruit would be good. The fried eggs on the buffet were cold. There was someone serving breakfast soups. It would be nice to have eggs made-to-order.

WiFi was weak in the rooms, bathroom didn’t smell great, and the restaurant had a limited menu. A little far from the action, about 20-25 minutes walking. Also, it shares property with a soccer field so boys are playing out there most days making noise. Not dangerous at all, just a bit noisy during soccer matches

- some more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be nice We were overall really happy with our lakeside view room and the hotel services!
