It's a very beautiful location and apartment, especially for the prize. Right on the riverfront, and you can also arrange a direct pickup from the hotel for the river cruise. The staff are very helpful and courteous The food was amazing (seafood rice noodles was delicious) and reasonably priced.

The room was way too small, even for the price. You had hardly any space to move with the bed. It consistently led to being hit all over. The bathroom did not have any hooks to even hang clothes or a towel. Made it very difficult to take a bath. On that note, the WC position made it close to impossible to sit on. The door lock is a sliding door, and ours was broken, which rendered the lock useless. The mosquito net made no sense on how to unfurl. A basic square one would've worked just fine.

We stayed in Bungalow J it was very cool at night and comfortable. This room also had Aircon but we didn't need to use it much. Bathroom clean, spacious and airy. Kettle and coffee making facilities in room. Lighting perfect not too bright for easy night sleep. Our room also had a nice little balcony to sit and relax. We ate the deep fried prawns they were big and delicious! The resort has a lovely river deck to eat and drink and watch the sunrise or sunset. Location is quiet at night and only a small tuk tuk ride into Kampot Town Centre. So for us it was perfect.

Room comfort and design, high speed internet, beautiful view from the restaurant and lobby. Amazingly good food , Possibility to pay by card.

There was no hot water in the shower, little interest in fixing the problem, However, considering the daily price paid, it can be ignored. Poorly functioning rental motorcycle...From the reception comes a slightly annoying music from 2pm to 10pm...from the adjacent resort there are night parties, however you can still sleep without difficulty

The charming individual cabins flanking both sides of the footpath as you walk in towards reception was beautiful. The staff was welcoming as I arrived. Room was clean when I got there. Front desk is helpful with day tours should you need it. Cute resident kitty cat there too always lounging by the river or outside one of the river cabins.

The kayakers and jet skiers and fishermen do get close to the patio so careful about walking around inside naked. The bathroom’s drainage also goes straight down into the river. You can actually see it through the gap on the floor outside the bathroom door. So be mindful of what you pour down the drain.

The best part of the room was the view and that we got to go down and swim. It was a bit hot in the afternoon, so having the AC really helped out. Plus, it was not too far from the town. I felt like I was able to enjoy a bit of the fresh air and river.

Nothing. It was such a lovely place to say with the river right next to the room. I just had to be careful at night when the high tide comes in from the sea, other than that, we would love to stay there again. Lovely place indeed.

Great, clean bamboo bungalows next to the river in a small resort a 10 minute $2 tuk tuk ride from downtown bars, restaurants and shops in Kampot.. Clean, comfortable rooms with own bathrooms. Small bar area on a platform next to the river, serving a variety of food and drinks at great prices. Staff were very helpful, and spoke English well.

No fridges in the room - but we were allowed to use the one at the reception/bar when required.

Super lovely Bungalows, perfect Location directly at the river with access to go swimming, while at the same time walking distance (25 min) to city, alternatively 5min tuk tuk for 1.50 dollar, easily available with grab. Bungalows where nice and clean, got small complimentary water bottles and bathroom products. Staff was extremely friendly and lovely. Very happy with my stay, would book it again

From the moment we arrived, the staff were super caring. Told us to let them know if we needed anything or if any problems with the room. The bungalows on the water are cute and comfy, a truly relaxing getaway! And when we caught a big fish, the staff dropped everything to make sure the fish was netted, even jumping walls! 🤭 We will for sure be back with the rest of the family and extra fishing rods! Food being delicious was an added bonus!

Right on the river with the cooling breezes and great view. I liked my little upstairs bungalow. Staff were really nice, friendly and helpful!

The bed was hard as a rock, pretty typical for Asia but it was lumpy and really uncomfortable and the mosquito net was too small for the bed, didn’t wrap around completely so mosquitoes were an issue..

The hotel is right on the river with a beautiful view from the common area. The staff are friendly. The bungalow is small but comfortable enough for two people especially for the price point. The property provided a mosquito net which was helpful.

The bungalow is very dark inside, the lights in the room are not enough in the evening. On our last night the electricity went out and wasn’t fixed for about an hour which was a bit annoying but happened later in the evening so wasn’t that much of a problem.
