I stayed at Villa vedici with my husband and two kids 5 and 3 years old. We started with a booking with 5 nights but extended with 3 more nights because we liked it so much. The staff is so friendly and the owners do so much to feel you welcome. With kids its an amazing place to stay because they have so many activities - they can bike on small bikes, play airhockey, jump on trampolins and enjoy the swimmingpools. Even when it's raining theres a lot for the kids to do. And the food is so good in the restaurant as well. We rented some scooters and drove up to Bokor park which was amazing. The hotel is far away from noise but still so close to the city - it takes around 5 min and then you are in Kampot city. In the evening you can hear all the "noise" from the animals it almost feels like you are in the jungle. So amazing. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a relaxing and beautiful location with wonderful, attentive staff. There are two well-kept swimming pools and beautiful grounds. The restaurant has a varied and reasonably priced selection. On checkout, I had forgotten a couple of useful items, and had given them up as lost. The day after check-out I was contacted by the hotel asking how they could return those items to me. The hotel arranged return to my location in Phnom Penh. Extraordinary customer service, above and beyond!

There is really nothing not to like here. There are a few basic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but none of those affected our stay.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, pointing out that the family villa that we originally rented didn't have aircon, but they were able to easily switch us to another room, which was actually 2 separate units in the same building (1 up and 1 down) which worked for our group, a family of 4 and one adult couple. Each room had 2 large beds and a bathroom. Pool was really close with a slide for the kids and they had 2 trampolines that my kids thoroughly enjoyed.

As are most properties in more rural areas of Cambodia and southeast Asia, the quiet of nature also brings lots of ants and other bugs. The doors to our condo were not positioned well so there were gaps. The bathroom was decent, but there was not a separate shower, just a showerhead on the wall. But the temperature was fine, it got nice and hot.

I had a wonderful experience at the villa. It was a beautiful, quiet, clean, and cozy place. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The villa is situated beside a river and is set back from the main road, making it a peaceful retreat that is surrounded by a beautiful garden and riverfront. The property is very spacious, so even when there are other guests around, you can still easily enjoy the quiet and privacy that the place offers. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Great location with great view on the mountain. Everything is set for a nice and relaxing stay. We specifically loved the site with green space near the river. The view from the house near the river is amazing , with a nice terrace to enjoy the view. The villa is close enough from the city center to enjoy night time there, going by tuktuk. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The owner provides kitesurf lessons and can organise other activities upon request. We highly recommend this place, so relaxing and beautiful .

I only scheduled three nights at this location and wish I made time for more. It's worth paying to upgrade your room to one with a river view. It was a lovely view to wake up to each morning, and we enjoyed eating our breakfast by the water. The hotel helped with scooter rental, and made sure to chain them up at night for safety. The swimming pool was a wonderful feature, and a great way to cool off each evening before bed. I would absolutely return to this location.

The shower's water pressure was variable.

The property is a beautiful oasis just out of Kampot town. Lovely grounds, two pools and heaps of space for the kids to run around. A lovely dock at the back, right on Kampot river which was nice to swim in also. The staff, service and the food was excellent.

Lovely hotel with a small but very nice bar area floating on the river front. Perfect for sunsets. large grounds, which felt well cared for. nice restaurant and staff super friendly and helpful. we had one of the best rooms over looking the river - totally worth it - huge covered deck with sofa and chairs - amazing views. Bed very comfortable. AC perfect. Make sure you do the cathedral green kayaking

location was a little out of town - only $3ride. but if you like quiet then perfect.

Great location right on the riverfront, plenty of green areas around, two clean swimming pools, onside restaurant serving both Khmer and wester dishes, clean room with spacious bathroom, had everything we needed for our stay.

Communication ahead of our arrival could be better. One member of our party tried to contact the property but only received an automated message and no follow up.

The view and location was amazing.

Location was great but a third party was very rude to use. We booked a river boat cruise for $20 per person and when it was time to go a man named Bart showed up with a boat we did not feel comfortable getting on. The only way to get into the boat was by getting into the river, no life jackets or safety instructions were provided so we decided not to go. When Bart returned he decided to interrupt our time by telling us we did something wrong by not going this ‘cruise’ and that we owe him a drink. Very hostile man.
