Lovely property, very nicely landscaped with a beautiful pool. The room was a good size with a large bathroom, if a little oddly laid out (space could be better utilised but think power points or lack of is restrictive for them). Friendly and helpful staff and nice public areas with a small bar on site too. Its a short tuk tuk ride to town or a good half hour walk but that is clear on their website.

A little confusing that there are three properties in that location all starting with Montagne so initially we went to the wrong one - this could just be made a little clearer on booking, its not a major issue. The photos made it look like it is in a lovely lush rural-ish area but in fact it is the edge of town near the railway line. Again, not a major issue, not noisy, but just not the nice rural walks available that we anticipated. Restaurant seemed surprised to see us for dinner and then gave me the wrong meal (it was nice but not what I ordered - lost in translation). Breakfast selection pretty average. None of these minor things would put us off staying again.

We loved this hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and keep to help us. At little notice they organised a tour of the area by TukTuk for us which was fabulous. The pool is beautiful, rooms luxurious and grounds kept in perfect condition. We had a wonderful stay and ours highly recommend to others. Fantastic value for money.

This a small thing and did not deter from our enjoyment, but the room could have benefited from additional plug socket by the bed as my partner uses a COAP machine and we also wanted to charge our phones by the bed at night. When we flagged our issue the manager lent us an extension lead and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the team for great service.

Not super close to the centre of town but easy enough to get a short tuk tuk in. Would recommend renting a scooter - was $7 a day. Also the lead picture is a little misleading as you are surrounded by buildings, it’s not in the middle of the jungle like the photo suggests! But it is very nice once you’re in there :)

I have to say I HAD GREAT STAY in this hotel . This is my second time. My first stay was as AMAZING as my 2nd time . It’s even more special cuz I celebrated my birthday and my sister by choosing this hotel to stay . My younger had such great time and I’m sure it inspire us even more to work hard to spoil ourselves. What I like : the bungalow is clean and well maintained. I love the outdoor bathroom concept . - the staff : super well hospitality and always willing to help - as COFFEE LOVEr : they also have coffee menu and a lot variety of drinks that you can find in other cafe . Like one call , I can HAVE my CAPPUCCINO without moving my body :D - RENTED bike : you can rent the bike or scooter by just informing the lobby and let them know what time you wish to have it , TA-DAH! Your bike waiting for you in front of the hotel - FOOD : my sister cannot stop admiring how good the food at the hotel are !!! super huge portion and delicious This is going to be my constant choice to stay each time I’m in kampot

Beautiful property hidden back from the main road and hustle and bustle of Kampot, however just a 5 minute drive to the centre. When we arrived we were given a lovely refreshing welcome drink which was great! The staff helped us with our bags to our room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, they booked us a reasonably priced ($7 per day) scooter during our stay which meant we didn't have to go anywhere to find one. The design of the gardens, pool area and buildings are amazing!! We were really amazed at how beautiful the pond areas were.

Although the idea of having an indoor/outdoor bathroom is great, in a country with so many mosquitoes it's just not practical, we had so many mosquitoes come into our room through the gap in the bathroom wall, which made our stay just a little uncomfortable. During our stay, they were working on extending the levels of the main building which meant a lot of construction noise throughout the day. Also the western food in the restaurant was pretty poor. The breakfast was fine, not amazing but fine.

The property itself is absolutely magical, the design and the plants surrounding the units are so carefully thought out. The planning for peaceful moments is beyond excellent. I fully recommend this stay. The staff are family like , very helpful and caring. It felt like a real treat to be there! Very hard to leave.

The location

Everything!!! We felt like in a fairytale: the garden, the lakes around the free area, so green everywhere and the pool so amazing. The restaurant and the food! Me and my friends in peace with this place that just upgrade our feeling about Kampot and Cambodia💕☺️🫶🏻

Everything perfect

Very modern in design with lots of gardens all around. The garden inside the bathroom was gorgeous, the garden balcony off the back of the room, and the breakfast nook surrounded by greenery

Just a small thing, the water bottles weren’t replaced daily. We had to call the front desk and ask for them to be delivered

Everything was perfect, the staff was super nice, the restaurant was good, the rooms was incredible and the facilities around the hotel were amazing!

A bit far from the city centre ( walking) but still nice and quiet for relaxing and only 15 minutes on a tuk tuk.
