Staff were friendly, property was good as a two bedroom apartment, plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5.

Locks on the doors were troublesome, internet issue needed to be fixed the moment we got there, but worked fine after with help from the front desk, pools were great, however the decking around it is cheap build quality, cracks and uneven, yellow tape in areas and can be dangerous for young children. It’s an apartment but no pots,pans or utensils available, microwave is decorative and cannot be used. Dusty floors throughout.

The suite/apartment was fine. The bathroom is very good. Lots of hot water, a very strong flow from the shower, a proper bath and enough hot water to fill it. A modern Japanese toilet. The bedroom was compact but the bed and the pillows were super comfortable.

This is the first apartment/suite that provides a kitchenette but doesn’t provide enough of the basic ‘tools’ to allow you to use it. No cookware, no utensils, no cutlery, no plates /bowls.

Very nice facilities. Their sofa bed is just a sofa you can sleep on it's not the kind that pulls out into a bed like the ones in America. So be aware of that. If I had known about the sofa bed we would have gotten a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Would have been nice if they told us the time they have to chlorinate the pools. We got in just right after they did because we didn't know. A resident had to tell us that so we got out right away. The kids of course throw a fit because they wanted to stay in the pool.

Great location for airport getaways! Only 10 minutes in a tuk tuk. I liked the studio apartment, its small but functional including washing machine and loved the balcony view of sunrise.The bed was comfortable. The pool was sensational. Great value for money. Definitely coming back.

There are no plates or utensils available. The bed pillows need replacing. It would also be great to have a bedside lamp for reading.

Everything about the place exceeds my expectations! The size of the room, the balcony and the toilet! I can even cook or bake if I had time to do so! It looks like an apartment because it is really is but focus on the facilities inside the room. Totally money worthwhile! Automatic bidet!!! I can say that it's even better than one of the 5 stars hotels in Phnom Penh that I had booked in the past. 👍👍👍

This was my second time staying here but a different room type. The pools, gym, and garden areas are nice. Pretty quiet at night. We were able to do our cooking (brought our own supplies) with relative ease. The staff is kind and helpful.

I must say the rooms we booked definitely weren't as clean as the previous stay. The dirt isn't so visible at first, but when you look closely at corners or under furniture... One of our bathrooms even still had some trash it in from the previous guests so we called someone to clean it.

The room was spacious. It was close to the airport and convenient. The washing machine was great. Air conditioner work well. Nice view at balcony. Wash-let also have.

The bathroom sink drain was clogged.

Great gym great swimming pool. Rather large rooms, and towels in the bathroom. (And not absurdly on the bed as seem to be the new fashion)

Much outside light. Duvet . No single bedsheet despite the heat. Absurd.. nilon duvet is unconfortable

Modern apartment in a quietish area. Very comfy room. Great for short or long stays as they have a full kitchen with a full sized fridge and a washer/dryer.

I get why they might not provide cookware (I think), but at least a dishtowel would be nice. And with the nice-sized balcony a simple chair and table would've been a nice touch to enjoy that space. The desk was nice, but you have to pull it off the wall if you want to charge something because the outlet is directly behind the top of the desk. Not a big deal though. An iron would've been nice too.
