Our room was clean and spacious, our room had a stove and sink and fully functioning fridge. Once you leave your room there's no AC since it's all outdoor open spaced. A little hard to find the hotel at first, after turning into the driveway you'll see a run down and closed hotel once you drive a little further in you'll see the hotel. Staff was nice and can speak English. Restaurants was clean and food was good, the dining staff was very accommodating. The hotel did not look fully booked like the site or what staff says it was. We chose this hotel to stay at after we flew in just to rest up before heading to the next city.

Surrounding area in the hotel could use some up keeping. Our room curtain was falling off, we had asked the guy who took us to our room if that can be fixed he said just move curtain like this and it's fine which I thought was weird plus the curtain was not long enough to cover the whole window, I had only asked because when wake up I like that blackout from the sunlight which I didn't get because the curtain width was shorter than the whole window.

This was a great location for us as we don’t like to be in a city but tuk tuks are easily accessible and can take you anywhere at a very reasonable cost. What made this stay for us really enjoyable was the staff especially Mr. Vanny. He went out of his way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. The staff in the restaurant were also very good and helpful. The rooms were clean and the staff again made sure your room was cleaned daily. The hotel was certainly good value for money.

Close to the airport and VET Air express bus boarding point at Steung Mean Chey, Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, we only had overnight and early morning bus so was perfect location. The property is large and has many facilities which couldn't explore. The queen bed is super comfortable is you have back issues.

The shower area had water draining issue, water drains very very slowly and builds up in the shower recess. It did drain eventually, may be something property can check and fix.

Check in was smooth, very friendly staff. Location is by the airport which is what we wanted so that was good. Breakfast was okay - there were local and western options. Room - we got the 2 bedroom unit - spacious, decent beds. Overall a little dated but not too bad. Pool / Facilities were used by public too - didn't bother us.

Everything was great about this accommodation. I had a kitchen and full size fridge in my serviced apartment. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant for breakfast has a view of the pool. The grounds are extensive and there is a small enclosure with peacocks, a turkey and chickens. The staff were super helpful and informative.

My room was on the first floor so the view was restricted, but still I looked out beyoind the roof below to a row of coconut palms.

Great for a sporty person, and lovely large and quiet spaces for a city location.

I had booked a cheaper room with fridge and balcony, but the room they offered didn't have either. After the first night they upgraded us to a much better room than i had booked for the remaining 3 nights, so it worked out great in the end.

The staff were very friendly and were happy to accommodate me with a change of room when my initial room didn't suit my requirements. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. The facilities, especially the swimming pool are great.

There was a bit of renovation work going on during my stay, but it certainly didn't create any inconvenience for me.

Amazing if you want to enjoy many of the sports and activities. Also very important for us was that this property is welcoming for small dogs under 10kg in their serviced apartments and so our dog, fresh from the aéroplane was welcomed and comfortable! Also great was the flexibility on checking in times.

Very good made to order breakfast in the morning with a varied selection. Nice pool. Mostly quiet, however there were some loud moments. Good restaurant and bar. Ate quite a few meals there, I liked it because I could mostly rest after a night in the Riverside Area. Staff was friendly.

Really not anything comes to mind except for some noisy guests occasionally.

Excellent and affordable option if you need to stay near the international airport and want to avoid the traffic from the city center. The room is nice, big and very clean. All the hotel is very calm and quiet. The breakfast is good, but can be improved. The swimming pool is huge and good for practice. It has also a good gym, pool tables..
