The room was extremely spacious and it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I arrived early evening and the lady at reception very kindly helped me with my luggage to my room and was really kind. It has a fridge kettle wardrobe bedroom/bathroom shoes. The lighting is excellent and had switched on both sides of the bed. There is a lounge area with a table and also very comfortable furniture. I had a smoking room that although it didn't have a balcony had an ashtray. The rain shower and water power was excellent and the bathroom freebies were very nice I loved the shower gel. The area has a pharmacy local places to eat and is only 5 to 10 minutes from the Phnom Penh Airport and even better they offer free tuk tuk transport to the airport. Highly recommended and be aware in the area some of the accommodation advertises close to the airport I. E. 2km and the one I looked at saying that was actually over 11 kms away. I would have no questions I would stay there again. Fabulous value for money.

The room wasn't huge but it was clean, comfortable and had everything working, which is not always the case in Phnom Penh. Overall the experience was very good due to friendly, helpful staff and the main road a short walk away. If you're looking for a well-placed hotel near to the airport this is a good choice. The transfer to the airport (which the hotel pays for) is a short one and alleviates the problem of getting from the inner city out to the airport if you have an early flight out.

The TV channels and the menu for room service were obviously dedicated to Chinese visitors only. There were no English speaking origin channels on the TV. I think TV Monde from France was there but no others. We watched netflix on our phones. That is disappointing when "flat screen TV" is advertised for ALL visitors.

I needed a place to stay for a few hours while waiting for a late night flight. This hotel was very close to the airport and inexpensive. The room was clean and comfortable - not fancy at all, but more than adequate for my purposes. The bed was large and clean, the shower was hot and the AC kept the room comfortable, once it had a chance to work. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They did not speak a lot of English but enough that we could communicate.

The window of my room looked at a wall and into someone apartment, so I had to keep the blinds closed most of the time. The menus and other signs were all in Cambodian, so I could not use them.

Despite some of the bad reviews, this place was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room above the front desk was loud when people were not quiet at night.

Compared to many other hotels I've been to in Asia, it is undoubtedly one of the cleanest, although everything can be improved. the comfortable and beautiful room. It has an elevator. This is a detail to take into account if your suitcase is heavy. very close to the airport. I recommend it. very friendly receptionists

This clean and comfortable hotel is exceptional value for money, particularly given the very close proximity to Phnom Penh International Airport (a 5 minute courtesy shuttle ride from the hotel). It has a lovely roof terrace (complete with twinkly lights) where you can enjoy an evening meal or cocktail. Consider this a business hotel - if you want plush greenery and swimming pools then you will need to stay further from the airport and pay considerably more for your stay. The Apple Two is located in a 'locals' local' area where you get a genuine slice of daily Khmer life, alongside tiny shop fronts - a stone's throw from the highway with banks and eateries. Catering to a mainly Chinese market, the very knowledgeable and capable Area Manager is keen to expand business to guests from all nations and as a result, his staff are trained in excellent customer service skills and anything they are unable to answer or provide personally, is addressed by a quick phone call to Management - who cannot do enough to help with your stay. Support this growing business and enjoy the fact that you are gaining excellent value for money!

The hotel's location near the airport was why it was selected. The booking was confused but easily sorted by friendly helpful staff. The room did have some insects but the hotel quickly sprayed. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom had some small cockroaches but nothing that couldn't be sorted. Any negative things were quickly sorted by the staff so there wasn't anything to really dislike.

Close to airport. Room was good sized and clean. No issue with smoke smell for me. Good value given it's so close to airport and you get a shuttle.ate check out is good.

Breakfast is truly abysmal it would be better to just not offer it.

Very clean hotel, cheap, close to airport and free breakfast

Room has the smell of cigarette odor and noisy at night. You can hear music and people yelling, screaming at each other from rooftop bar or in their rooms. Room come stuffed with tea and coffee but no water boiler. How are you suppose to make tea and coffee? Lol.

Clean hotel. Great location, close to the airport. I booked with the wrong date and they still gave me the room without the need to pay again or with a surcharge. Top.
