The apartment is not close to downtown but it suited me because it was in a neighborhood with local markets for food shopping and easy, more direct access to the temples. The apartment is spacious with good cooking facilities, a nice bathroom and plenty of storage space. There were some small inconveniences such as rather limited kitchen equipment, but if I needed anything, all I had to do was ask since communication with the apartment representative was positive and friendly. In addition, services such as private round-trip transportation to other cities/regions were available if one were interested. Highly recommend.

The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful with accomodating my later than usual check in. Security 24/7 was helpful despite not speaking English.

Not the hotel's fault, but the dogs at the property next door are very aggressive and the dog owner lets them run free to harass you if you are walking down the street, especially at night.

A lighter was missing to be able to light the kitchen fires. washing machine detergent was missing Small details to improve the service.

It’s a lovely little apartment, reeeallly comfortable bed!! air con in the bedroom and location is just out of town so if you have a scooter then it’s perfect, if you don’t then it would be hard to get around. Warm water and nice big bathroom. TV worked well too 👌🏼 The staff were really friendly, let us check in early and check out late which was so appreciated. Big fridge too which is great. also 24 hour security and free parking which is handy.

The kitchen was unfortunately not greatly well equipped, had everything to cook, ie a stove.. but not many cooking utensils, there was no waste bin, tea towels or dish cloth/washing up liquid which meant we had to buy things. The owner did kindly bring us a bin and a blender which was so lovely of him but when we book a place with a kitchen, we expect to be able to cook properly.. Two really small mugs if you want a hot drink, but literally two sips and it’s gone. No air con in the front room which makes it extremely hot to sit in and watch TV, the overhead fan doesn’t do much to cool the room down. The roof doesn’t look like it’s been completed, this didn’t bother us but there is a small birds nest at the top, they aren’t noisy birds but it could progress into an issue eventually?

We love the place, people are friendly and respect your privacy. The best thing here is that we feel very welcome with our pets and don't feel disturbed, and confident for them to stay there. This is big point for us as our pets is family. Mr Barang welcome us and attend to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a quiet night's sleep, maybe too far from town for some, but was a great place to stay.

My only suggestion is to supply better toiletries instead of just one little bar of soap and a small toilet roll, some shower gel would be great. Also a couple of complimentary coffee/tea satchels should be supplied so guests can at least have a coffee or tea when they arrive to settle in. I'd gladly pay the extra couple of dollars on the room for such convenience.

Great place to stay, with kitchen and washing machine, and our 2 little doggies were welcome too. It's a couple of km from the centre of town though so if you don't have your own scooter(s) you'll be needing a PassApp or Grab account for transportation.

Excellent. The apartments at Phan NaTa are excellent for those in need of some down time from travelling and recharging the batteries. The ability to be able to cook, sit in a lounge and sleep in a seperate bedroom was immense. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. The kitchen area has 2 gas rings, a large fridge, basic crockery, cutlery and utensils and a superb washing machine. Quite simply loved to be able to feel at home for the short period we have stayed. The location may not suit most but there are choices for transport to the old market such as tuk tuk (@$2 a trip) or bicycle rental (@3 a day). We also walked which took 45 minutes. Lovely to stay in a local community and see the reality of life in Siem Reap and not just the tourist area.

Very friendly, responsive and welcoming staff can easily contact them with any problems or requests.. A clean room with attached kitchen, gas hob, rice cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine basic utensils. Very efficient air-conditioning. There is a place to rent good bikes for $4 a day a 15 minute walk away.

Without your own transport it is along way from the town centre and restaurants. Probably best suited to longer rather than short stays.
