Easiest 10 points ever. We had our best hotel experience here, ever. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the service was exceptional from the first minute until we checked out. The environment is tranquil and easygoing, the hotel is not too big so you never felt like only a room number. They even greeted us every day by using our surnames which just added more to the boutique hotel experience. The food was great at their restaurant and the pool with the palm trees was paradise! The shower was exceptional!! Not only the pressure, but the space around it and the fact that my 2-metre tall husband could use it comfortably. :) It was our first time in Cambodia so we took great advantage of the pre-arranged tuktuk to see the temples. We were on our honeymoon here and we will definitely would like to come back again in the future.

I wish I could rate this property an 11. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The hotel is about 2.5 km from Pub Street in Siem Reap, but there are always Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel — cost is $3. Shamone is one of the Tuk Tuk drivers who is reliable & available for town or the temples. Angkor Wat is only about 7 km away. Being away from the town is a nice reprieve after a day of sightseeing. The food & breakfast at the on-site restaurant is very good & offers a variety of western & Cambodian dishes. The staff go out of their way to help - Heang in the restaurant is particularly kind but all the staff are eager to help. Happy Hour from 5-7 p.m. offer discounts on drinks. Some reviewers have noted the rooms are dated. The hotel is not new but this adds to its character and ambience. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable with a big balcony overlooking a pool surrounded by trees. Even when there are people around it is quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely amazing hotel and great value for money in Siem Reap. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and the bed mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool and the garden are divine - so beautiful and flower scents are permeating the air from the frangipani and mango trees. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff are amazingly kind. Would definitely revisit!

The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but only 5-10 mins away by tuk-tuk, which is very convenient still. The breakfast is good with fruit, bread and pastries, but not many savory options or fresh veggies.

This hotel was perfect for our stay and excellent value for money. You were just a tuk tuk ride from any place of interest including Angkor Wat and the beautiful temples, to the old town and the night life. The staff were exceptional and really care about their visitors and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. They are very helpful and can coordinate any type of tour that you’re interested in. The tuk tuk boys were great and always had a smile. The pool is perfect for a dip after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast every morning was an excellent start to the day and we enjoyed lunches and evening meals in the restaurant which is in a beautiful setting with the staff very attentive and good value for money. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully set out, very clean and with plenty of room to relax inside and out on your own veranda. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this little piece of heaven in a busy Siem Reap.

This boutique, French colonial style hotel is the perfect size and escape. Not too big to feel lost and not too small to feel crowded. The staff are always so warm and helpful and know each guest by name and seem to remember everyone’s food and drink preferences. I enjoyed a beautiful, large room with a balcony overlooking the pool which was incredibly tranquil. The large, tall palms give everyone their privacy and it just feels incredibly lush and comfortable. An example of how much they care was when there was a small incident which was not the hotel’s fault and yet they felt very responsible and went above and beyond to manage the issue which I really appreciated. Fabulous staff and beautiful boutique hotel. A real gem in Siem Reap. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful garden I've ever seen!! Amazing hotel, amazing stuff, and the little things: for breakfast homemade lemonade in a small glass, homemade marmelade, exceptional!!! Built in colonial style, the music in the bar , when you hear and listen you feel like you are in the 1920/1930 years, simple amazing. The most beautiful boutique hotel U've ever been!! A hidden gem, a piece of heaven!!! Even more beautiful as on picture!! The rooms are comfy, extremly clean, the balcony is onderful!!!; i am planning to go back and I will choose this hotel again!!! Thanks for the amazing days in your wonderful country and hotel!!!

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms, with modern amenities. Appreciated the pool after a day of sightseeing. We had breakfast, dinners, and drinks at the restaurant and everything was delicious. Cannot say enough about the staff- warm, kind, attentive, always willing to help. Staff arranged our excellent tour guide (Bandol),Tuktuk driver (Narain) and airport transport for us - so easy! Minutes to downtown and less than 15 minutes to Angkor Wat. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back.

I couldn't fault this place, possibly one of my favourite places to stay anywhere. It's a beautiful little oasis in Siem Reap, great rooms with all amenities and the most friendly staff. I can't recommend it highly enough.

There was a loud wedding taking place next door (it didn't really bother me as I was out most days)...but even then the staff went out of their way to make up for it. They were so apologetic (even though it was not their responsibility) and offered little things to compensate.
