Excellent place to stay at Siem Reap! Beautiful room with local decorations, the garden is also beautiful and relaxing. Very good price for all those things. Stay for five nights and got good service, the staff are very friendly to provide anything u need. They have good English! Also enjoyed the food at here. They can arrange the tuktuk for temples so u don't need to worried at all! I did the solo trip and the location is very safe!

If the bed has a phone charger nearby would be wonderful~

Nice design, cool concept, comfortable bed with a firm mattress. One of the receptionists spoke English and was very helpful.

Updating the pictures and refreshing the room interiors would enhance the experience, as there are some signs of wear, like marks on the wall and worn furniture. They often “forgot” to provide some of the included services. For example, one day we had to request room cleaning, another day fresh towels, and on another occasion, shower gel. Additionally, a tuk-tuk service was arranged for us at 35 USD, despite the market price being around 18 USD.

the staff was my main takeaway from this place. they are all so friendly and professionals. the hotel itself is also very beautiful and so charming, room is very spacious and food delicious.

because of the pool i suppose there are lots of mousquito which impacted a lot my stay. staff has been ver helpful to give products for the room but i could not enjoy really the pool. after few months travelling I was very excited to take bath unfortunately the bath itself was not very clean. effort in improving the balcony would be nice as it looks like it is not really taking care of.

As beautiful as the pictures. Our room off the pool was massive and perfectly appointed with local art pieces. Very private and luxurious. We were welcomed to our room by fresh flowers. The staff was so kind and attentive.

Lovely oasis of calm in a residential area. Room was spacious and clean. We had big bowl of fruit and water bottles everyday. Staff went over and above to make our stay great

Open bathroom In bedroom was strange, ok for couples. Separate shower but no hooks for towels. Front of guest house could be better

Beautiful hotel, entrance to the rooms is thought the garden around the pool, and there are tables around the pool to eat or have breakfast. Very peaceful, we loved it! Room was very big and nicely done, mattress maybe a bit too hard but we didn’t mind. Staff was very very nice and hotel restaurant food was delicious and good prices (touristic places have basically the same price but much worse quality). Location was outside of the city center with most of the places, we took a Tuk Tuk for 6.000 (1,5$). Nearby there is a local market and some places to change money

Staff is pretty good! They so friendly and can easy speak English, do everything they can and more. So clean and cozy. 💔 Swimming pool was clean 👍🏼

Taa and all the staff were super friendly. The place is really charming with all the trees and the pool. We definitely enjoyed and recommend !

We stayed at the Bunwin Siem Reap for three nights and it was a perfect base to do all the temple and town sight seeing. We loved the pool area where we had our breakfast that was great. There was also a place next door where they offered delicious and cheap meals. The hotel owner / manager and staff were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed staying here and relaxing around the pool very much.

Sometimes the hotel staff wasn't that efficient / couldn't understand English very well but were all friendly :)
