The room was large and comfortable, with a large granite bathtub, so that you can relax before sleeping! The bathroom is also comfortable with a large shower. There is also a balcony and a table with two seats. Everything was elegantly furnished and very clean! We also relax in the beautiful swimming pool equipped with sunbeds. The people at The Bliss Angkor is something special, they help us to organize a three days visit at Angkor Temples and all the time was very attentive to the needs of guests. We feel pampered :-) Good restaurant, good breakfast, great value for money. Thanks a lot people at The Bliss, we will remember our experience there for a long time! Ana & Mariano

The very aptly named The Bliss; Genuinely warm hospitality, coupled with exemplary service by the friendly (yet unobtrusive) staff, who would do their utmost to anticipate wishes before you think of them and would help in any way possible. Breakfast you choose a main from a la carte and help self to varied buffet of bread, croissant, khymer deserts, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and more. Delicious. 15 min walk or few minutes in tuk tuk to main centre. Bed was super comfortable and firm. What I liked most about this hotel were the staff. From front desk to waiters they were exceptional. On arrival there are cold towels, welcome drinks and on each return after a tour also. The rooms were lovely with a fridge, small plates, cutlery, kettle , drinking water..,very well appointed. We also had a balcony overlooking the pool. At the pool, free towels were provided and also a waiter came round with complimentary water and snacks for guests enjoying the pool area. We had an evening flight and our luggage was stored securely after check out and we were still allowed to use the pool with shower and toilet available for us. The small restaurant also provided a good breakfast and the lunch menu we also tried. Their mocktails were some of the most delicious we have ever tried.

This is a little gem of a hotel and fully deserves the excellent ratings and reviews that it receives. The hotel is set in a quiet neighbourhood and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The small number of rooms are located around the excellent, clean swimming pool. There is a lovely restaurant providing a wide range of very tasty and affordable options throughout the day. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, and like the rest of the hotel kept spotless. What really made the stay for my wife and I so special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, yet professional, and went the extra mile to ensure you were looked after. We spent 9 nights there and genuinely felt at home.

Nothing that bothered us in the slightest

Just as the name would indicate, staying here really was blissful! the pool was very pleasant, the food in the restaurant very tasty (and the drinks exceptional) and good value. beds and rooms were comfortable and very tastefully done- as a whole the hotel's decor was gorgeously done and not overly modern- a perfect mix! Bonus points absolutely go to all of the staff at The Bliss. Everybody from the security guard to the waiter/bartender, front desk staff, and even owner, were exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay really wonderful. The welcome drinks and cold towels every time we returned to the hotel were a lovely touch, as was the attentiveness of the waiter when we were at the pool. Really could not recommend more highly!

Prompted by the good reviews, we spent 5 days at the Bliss Angkor in Siem Reap. And it was everything we had hoped and wanted: starting with the general manager Mr. Thea Luon and his entire team, we had a fantastic 5 days in this small, fine boutique hotel. From breakfast to returning from our tours, where we were able to relax by the very beautiful and well-maintained pool, the staff did their best to fulfill our every wish. Mr. Thea bLuon offered to organize a tuk tuk driver for our 3-day tour. And that's how we came across Mr. Bunlong. He wasn't just any driver, he was the best in all of Siem Reap. He always picked us up from the hotel on time and suggested how we could best spend these 3 days safely, comfortably and stress-free. And he did a great job. We were really lucky to meet him. We really had a wonderful few days in Siem Reap, the people were friendly and if we were to come back again, we would definitely choose the bliss angkor and Mr. Bunlong as our driver. Thea and his dedicated team have mafe sure their pristine, boutique hotel lives up to its name. Perfectly located near enough and far enough from the main town. Good size, well-appointed rooms with a wet room shower, and a massive, stone bath tub. Amazing massages. Super comfy beds, soft linen, and towels Most of all, it's the understated hospitality and attention to detail that sets the Bliss apart from other hotels; the warm smiles, the complementary cold towels and water, and the constant cleaning to keep the place spotless. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From our warm welcome upon arrival to the hugs and photos upon departure, we were made to feel like family for the 4 days we stayed there. Our stay included my husband's birthday, and the team decorated our room beautifully and then appeared at our door, singing happy birthday and bearing a cake made of fruit and a gift of a souvenir Cambodian scarf. A big thank you to Thea and his team, especially Sochea, Sochan, and John, for making our stay so memorable. We really appreciated it and hope to see you all again!

Staff was very kind and attentive. Room was large and comfortable. Great natural light. Small boutique hotel feeling with only 12 rooms. A calm return after a busy or chaotic day. Far away from the main tourist streets but yet quite close and walkable. Would consider staying here on the next visit.

The breakfast was a bit weak. Was here for 5 days and the same bare minimal offerings got tired quick. No fresh juice, yogurt, or other products. Being in Asia one desires fresh and not boxed products. Coffee was excellent! And staff every morning very professional. The breakfast is where they can improve. One wants to wake up and be excited about their first meal. It's why I had no other meals at the hotel. Thinking if this is their breakfast, not so confident about lunch or dinner. Perhaps it will improve!

We have had the most pleasant experience in this hotel, the room was amazing, the food unbelievably good and the staff are the friendliest people we’ve ever met! They have organised our tuk tuk for Angkor Wat also with the best tuk tuk driver- such a pleasant guy, speaks good English and super duper friendly(his name was Cheang)! They also organised the airport transfers for us. Everything went so smoothly and we left with the best memories. If I return I would literally do everything the same! Thank you so much for these 3 amazing days which will stay in my heart for a lifetime!

We stayed in the villa and it was excellent. It had everything we needed for a home away from home for a few days. The washing machine was very useful and they even supplied the soap powder. We ended up not using the full kitchen facilities because the dining room was such good value. The included breakfast was especially good. The kids loved the pool and the beds were nicely firm. .

The floor tiles around the pool are super slippery when it rains.I'd replace them with non-slip tiles.
