Great location, spacious room that was well presented. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Our garden room next to reception was a bit noisy, rooms are not sound proof.

The location is quiet, yet there is a nice little modern 7-11 style shop 50 yards down the road at the cross roads. Breakfast is buffet style, and ample. Dinner in town is about a fifteen minute walk and that gets you onto the main tourist corner. So your close enough to it but without being right on top of it. If you want to go to pub street, take a tuk-tuk, it's just easier. The hotel pool is small, but nice to sit at, maybe have a dip. The temple sculpture at the entrance is very good.

Didn't like the late night noise created by some visitors that the hotel clearly could not deal with. The law states 10PM is quiet time, they should have called the police. Zero tolerance for that sort of behaviour. On arrival they tended to push their tours a little hard, having just got off a long flight we really just wanted to get to the room, so for us a softer approach would have meant they sold more tours.

Room was clean updated and spacious. We had lots of space to spread out our things. Bathroom was also nice and big. Breakfast was better than average and had plenty of offerings. I always go for the noodle soup and coffee which was delicious. friendly staff, Aircon good. Hotel feels new, but design and furniture placement was awkward. lots of empty space around room - wish they had more chairs, a small sofa, or a bench to sit or put our luggage on.

Can easily hear sound from neighbors. And the frogs behind the building croaked all night. Luckily we were tired and slept through the noise. Street leading to hotel is quiet and a bit dark since it is off a Main Street. View of the rear of the hotel was covered for some reason. I peaked behind the covers and saw what looked to be buried mounds of something behind the property.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Low season & few guests so the restaurant was only open for breakfast and the pool bar closed. Did not worry us too much as Pub St was only a short tuktuk ride away and supermarkets were close by. Excellent laundry directly across the road for $1/kg.

The one thing that I liked from the first moment is that the staff welcomed me with a huge smile. They were friendly and attentive. The location is also very convenient to get around all the main restaurants, markets, spas, and bars.

I was a bit disappointed that the gym isn't functional, although to be fair they had mentioned that in the fine print on Booking.com. Some elements are a bit outdated, but it was all okay for the convenient price.

Staff were friendly, Peter was amazing! Good facilities, nice pool area and breakfast was also good.

The only thing we didn’t like was the Matress on the beds. The mattresses were really hard and it was like sleeping in a table. We will unfortunately not returns to this hotel until they change the mattresses.

The breakfast provided was very good. The bonus was the morning waitress was exceptional! Always smiling and after a few days she knew i needed coffee first thing. The meals were presented hot and fresh with clean place wear.

Not a fault of the hotel but of COVID. The hotel did not have many people as the opening of Cambodia just occurred. With more people the hotel would have had more synergy, the lack of people hurt the vacation as many places were not open. The bonus was there was not people at the major attractions such as Angkor Wat and the temple complexes.

Large, spacious room. Only 10 minute walk to main tourist area (Pub Street etc). Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly throughout.

Property visibly hasn’t been refurbished in any way since their opening, however this the fault of management and not the exceptional staff. Cracks in bedside lockers, tables etc, main shower head was unusable due to limescale buildup. Gym was also closed despite being advertised as open on Booking.com

The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. Bath robes were provided. The pool is big and nice. Good value for the price we payed
