Wow. So quiet yet 10 minutes from the action. Staff were 10/10

Well the rooster next door. Not their fault. But really, you should be getting up early anyway and at the very least you should have a white noise app.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had sweet access pool rooms they were large very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The Aircon was good. They were just fantastic. The staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for you. They would book trips, book taxi’s. Arrange laundry, book restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. The only thing this hotel needs to improve on is their restaurant and bar. The cocktails were not very nice, the fresh coconuts were warm and instead of cutting the top off them and allowing you to scoop out the coconut they just drilled a hole in the top so the straw could go in. We only ate breakfast at this hotel, they need a new chef. It was not good.

Air con in our room, 104, not working properly. All day to get temp down to just 23°. And full fan speed a joke. Needs replacing. Staff need all to be trained. Check out at 6am could not be done on card because no WiFi! There was of course. Could see on my phone. Desk clerk did not know how to reboot EFTPOS machines. Had to drive to ATM for cash which as we were leaving Cambodia we had got rid of. Nearly missed flight check in. Very unprofessional Rest of operation brilliant

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The room was plenty big for us and our luggage. They provided us with 2 free bottles of water each day and serviced the room daily. All of the staff were so amazing and friendly. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of options. Also they have happy hour specials from 11-6, which took advantage of on one of the days while lounging at the pool. The hotel is within walking distance of many sights, shopping, restaurants and the airport bus stop.

I know they can't control this, but the neighbor property had a rooster that liked to start his day nice an early and did wake me up quite early. Also, each day we had to ask for a hand towel for drying our hands, as the cleaning crew would only provide bath towel and face clothes. And the only other thing would be the shower could definitely use a deep clean because there was mold in the grout.

Great location, very comfortable room (with great aircon!) and comfortable bed. Great pool too.

Great place and highly recommended so these are just minor points. Food at the restaurant was OK but not great. Wifi was good some days and not so good on others. If there are concerts in the park by the river then it can be a bit loud at night (we were just unlucky one night out of 7 so clearly not all the time).

The best hotel on our trip thru Vietnam and Cambodia. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, attention to all the details, good breakfast a la carte options. We were almost alone by the pool at the restaurant all the time so the atmosphere is quite intimate and almost private. We were also offered a shower in the evening the day we checked out.

The prices at the restaurant for lunch / dinner are quite high which is totally ok because the food was great and you should expect higher prices at such modern and stylish location.

The Staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! Their objective is to be of service and provide for the guests. They genuinely care and take great pride in their work. Location is excellent, and within walking distance to local and nearby areas for dining, shopping, etc. Great value for the cost. Thank you, Riversoul.

The shower could have used a deep clean as there was mold in a few areas on the "shelf" area where the soap bottles are displayed.

Riversoul is an incredible property. The facilities are gorgeous, staff are so welcoming and wonderful and the rooms are large and very well decorated. It’s modern and nicely styled throughout the property and the people here are so nice. It’s a great location just across the small river to all the activities and an easy 5-10 min walk to most everything in town. I wish I had more time here.

The only issue I had was mentioned by others was the rooster that woke me early each day even with ear plugs in but I’m a light sleeper so take that into account. If you’re a normal sleeper then its fine I think

This resort was outstanding, easy walk to Pub Street, or $1 tuk tuk. Beautiful staff, can’t do enough for you. Large rooms. Pool access rooms great value for money. Close to quickie-mart, bank, laundry etc etc. Such good value for money. So close to the river. There is no giant buffet breakfast but enough options to choose from on the menu!

The bathroom was quite open to the bed area in the pool access room, which might get a little weird for some guests not travelling with their intimate partner, but not hard to work around for privacy. Toilet had a door though !!!

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible. They gave good advice and were always available for any questions we had. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed! Again, the staff were quick to bring and iron and ironing board when needed. The rooms were very clean and spacious and decorated very nicely!

The only thing that I was a little but disappointed in was the food in the restaurant. Again, the staff were lovely and very friendly when taking out orders but the food took a long time to cook, even just a basic sandwich which was a little disappointing as everything else in this hotel was top class!!
