The grounds were really pretty! The room was massive, huge bathtub, honestly bigger unit than my apartment at home. The staff was so kind and friendly. Any concern I reported to them was handled in 2 seconds or less. They always smiled and made sure I had what I needed. I cannot compliment them enough.

So to be fair, I did not bring up a bunch of stuff to the staff, because I’m just not that type of person, but the owner/manager needs to do a walk through and clean up some of the details. There’s just a bunch of minor stuff that is somewhat damaged, like the casing around the door handle, the couch cushions have seen better days, the shower curtain was a bit too small, and just other details that can be cleaned up. I made sure I gave the hotel an 8/10, because I was still comfortable, and the things I did bring up they fixed right away, but the place would be a 10/10 if somewhen went through and repaired / cleaned up the details.

Great location to shops, marts etc. All within a decent walking distance. Staff could not do enough for you and will organize anything you want. the largest bath I have ever seen lol.

Bed was a tad firm for my liking but not uncomfortable. Floor was concrete and a little slippery at times

A bit old

We loved the place as it is serene and near to the nice eateries and shops. The staff were amazing and very hospitable.

The pillows are so fluffy and the bed foam is so tough. Everything is perfect except for this. Maybe can consider changing pillows and beds.

Small place with a good swimming pool, perfect for a family. Huge and comfortable rooms, very clean and cleaned daily, fridge. Massage bed in the room was very convenient since the hotel arrange great and cheap masseur to come in the room. Good breakfast with decent options. We also had lunch delivered from the same bistro and it was also nice (try their Pho). Location is good, opposite a supermarket, few food stalls and few restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Wat Bo and Wat Dammak. Staff was very nice and always helpful.

TV didnt work You dont realy get hot water there but it wasnt a big issue since it is a hot country.

I visited from Japan. I had a relaxing time during my 4 night stay. I would like to especially thank the staff for their kindness towards my young son.

Location was good only around a 10/15 walk to Pub Street area. Rooms are huge. But the staff were great, thank you Judi!

No restaurant on site, and breakfast you ordered at reception and were then escorted to the cafe next door. Although to be fair this maybe due to covid and small numbers of guests.

The peace and quiet. my room was amazing, so big and it had everything I could wish for. The staff on reception were so very friendly and helpful.
