a very nice hotel. the staff is genuinely friendly. the rooms are spacious. clean and are cleaned every day. the air conditioning works very well, the food is delicious. the pool is neatly maintained as well as the surroundings. very nice location just outside the center. a drink upon arrival. they bring a glass of cold water when you lie down by the pool. it's the little things that make the difference. due to a misstep I broke my ankle. which was certainly not the intention in these beautiful surroundings. the staff was extra helpful from day 1. as a solo traveler I could not have been in a better place. from booking an extra night to getting a room on the ground floor. without even asking. to opening the door. girls I am very grateful to you for this. thank you for my stay with you and I will definitely come back.

This property is approximately 2 years old so very clean and modern. It is a small boutique style hotel that is easy walking distance to Pub Street. The biggest plus of this hotel is the amazing staff - they are so friendly, helpful and professional that they made me feel at home. The rooms are large and my room was ground level with a lovely shady patio near the pool. The restaurant food was very tasty and the prices of food and beverages were very reasonable for a hotel. I could not recommend this hotel more.

The pool was very well maintained as I saw them cleaning and checking the water every morning however, there is no step to exit the pool which can be a bit challenging for some. The wifi was sometimes intermittent which may be a hotel problem or a Siem Reap issue.

Lovely boutique hotel placed slightly away from the buzz of the main streets of Siem Reap, meaning it's nice and relaxed The staff are absolutely exceptional. Extremely personable and helpful, and very happy to go the extra mile to help enhance your stay Pool was lovely

The rooms would benefit from a bit more noise insulation, but I think this is more the nature of staying in a busy tourist town rather than the hotel itself. There are lots of small geckos that climb the walls of the hotel when the lights come on at night. This didn't bother me, but for people who are scared of lizards this might be something to consider

100% Happy. And that said, I am German and I ALWAYS find things to complain. Here, I really got to relax and enjoy. Super professional and friendly staff - perfect balance of warm and welcoming but also proactive, fast, and we felt in best hands at all times. Beautiful and clean pool and garden area. Even the food had 100% restaurant quality and the coffee they serve is a quality Bean, no burned Robusta, but really good coffee. We would recommend this to our friends and family AND come back. Better than 99% of similar places I've stayed in the region.

Nothing. Really, everything was really, really good.

The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was inviting, clean, and wonderful during the afternoon heat waves. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was a delightful stay. I requested a driver to pick us up at the airport because we arrived late at night. The airport is about an hour out of the city. This was perfect for us because we were just entering Cambodia and not sure what transportation existed at the airport.

The internet was very unstable and slow. There were times I couldn’t get on.

The staff are delightful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool area peaceful and surrounded by lovely plants. The location is a short walk from the river, the Night Market and some fabulous temples so plenty to see. I should also suggest a visit to the nearby Paris Bakery which does the most delicious Almond Chocolatier Croissants I’ve ever eaten!

Very little storage for clothes meaning we had to live out of our suitcases! Some hooks, hangers and a cupboard or too would be a huge improvement.

The property is modern, rooms large and nice pool area, I didn’t use the pool as got sick during my trip, but looked well maintained and clean. The location of hotel is also really good near the river, and near river restaurants which are nice to get food while enjoying the view alongside river. Then across the river is pub street, setup mainly as a tourist street. In general Cambodian people are super friendly (was taken aback how friendly and kind are) and provide exceptional service to tourists and the hotel staff are no exception, attentive to guests and provide warm greeting as enter and exit hotel.

Wifi needs some boosters installed for the 2nd level I think. The Internet cuts out constantly and was trying to do some work but very difficult.

This hotel is lovely! Quiet location but still plenty of restaurants and bars close by (several on the same street). The staff are pleasant, friendly and very considerate. When we arrived one of the reception staff noticed I was walking with a limp. I am recovering from a badly broken ankle and although I don't use a stick or crutches, my limp is sometimes very noticeable. As there is no elevator in the building, she said our room was meant to be on the third floor and they changed the room to a first floor one for the first night as all the ground floor rooms were occupied, but the next day moved us to a ground floor room. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The pool was a decent size and a lovely area to relax in. The ground floor rooms instead of a balcony have a little private patio with a path leading to the pool area. The restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and the menu for all had a decent choice of Khmer and Western dishes.

This is a lovely, quiet hotel, within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. The food here was tasty and there was a great selection from a menu for breakfast. The pool was very welcome after a day out seeing the temples. The most wonderful thing about this hotel are all of the staff. From reception to restaurant and cleaners to the gardeners they are all such an asset to this hotel and this would definitely be a hotel I would return to and recommend to friends. Myself and my husband had a fabulous stay !!!!
